Amazing view and sunsets from the balcony and beach!

Wonderful view of the sea from the balcony! Quiet and relax near, despite of August. Beach chairs and soft mattress for the beach are best idea for the guests! Friendly Renata, would like to stay here again.

We spent a wonderful 7 days in these apartments! The host is a very sweet and welcoming girl with excellent English. She warmly welcomed us and even allowed us to stay on the property after check-out since our flight was late at night — we really appreciated that! The apartment has a balcony with an amazing sea view, and it’s only a 3-minute walk to the nearest shop. Inside, everything we needed was provided: all the kitchenware, fresh towels (which were changed during our stay), good Wi-Fi, and a working air conditioner. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

It was a booking for my mom, so chose apartment with high rating. So, mom said it was very dirty, they were buying their own stuff for the kitchen to keep it clean.

Location is exceptional, owners are very friendly, helpful, even if we needed medical help. Sea is literally 15 meters from apartments. Market and bus stop (15 minutes to Zadar city centre) is also nearby.

We checked out early, we work hard all year for some relaxation time, NO CHANCE in Diklo. This is May 2023, Accommodation was fine but nothing can compensate for pneumatic drilling noises 7am-7pm. Looks like construction will be here for a while.

To me this place was paradise and very good cost/value.

Adriatic sea with crystal clear water is just a few steps from the gate. Private feeling. Beautiful waterfront views and possibility to swim. Swimshoes useful. Functional apartment. Helpful hosts. Apartment in 1st floor and accessibility with taxi to the gate, also possible to go downtown by bus.

Just details: bed soft and shower difficult to figure out - however the shower water was warm and nice.

We had a wonderful time, host Renata was friendly and approachable and we will be back.

Location was great, right on sea and all apartments have a view of sea. Nice places to sit and relax on balcony or gardens. There are benches next to sea and platforms to get in and out of sea and a short walk to a couple of pebble beaches.

Nothing really, perhaps a bread knife or bigger glasses.

Relaxing holiday

The location of the apartment is excellent. Renáta is very kind and helpful, our request for an extra day's stay was handled flexibly. Everything is within walking distance, you didn't have to use a car, it was great. The beds are soft. The beach is great, there are no crowds, we almost stepped into the water from the gate 😀

There was no such. The apartment is well equipped. A small wish, a broom with a longer handle would be more practical.

Pleasant apartment directly on the beach, parking directly in front of the apartment. Balcony with accessories, sun loungers are available. The beach is close, pleasant, cafe and grocery store is close. The center of Zadar by bike is a short walk away.

Sehr schön gelegen und fürs Relaxen super geeignet

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Strand und liegt in Diklo. Mit dem Bus ist von von der Innenstadt in 15 Minuten dort. Die Einweisung war sehr unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir können diese Wohnung sofort weiterempfehlen. Da wir am Ende der Saison waren, fehlte schon einiges an Besteck und Tellern. Das liegt aber wohl mehr an den Gästen. Im nächsten Jahr wird es wieder vollständig sein. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

Udany wyjazd - dziękujemy

Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Bardzo miła właścicielka, która udostępniła nam pokój od razu jak ekipa sprzątająca skończyła sprzątać. Miły welcome box. Blisko przystanek autobusowy i plac zabaw. Ładny widok. Duży pokój i miejsce na zewnątrz. Bezpłatne parasole oraz działający prysznic zewnętrzny. Generalnie jesteśmy zadowoleni.

Brak suszarki w kuchni - przy dużej ilości naczyń jest problem z ich wysuszeniem bo nie mieszczą się na małym blacie. Blisko do morza, ale pomiędzy apartamentem a "plażą" jest droga dojazdowa do sąsiednich budynków. Droga jest z kamyczków, ale niektórzy szybko na niej jeżdżą. Trzeba uważać na dzieci. Zejście do wody nie jest łagodne tylko schodzi się z murka, ale blisko są plaże z łagodnym wejściem w sam raz dla dzieci i z nich korzystaliśmy.

Es war ein herrlicher verlängerter Wochenendtrip!

Hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit, Unkompliziertheit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich 1a. 20 Meter bis zum Strand, nur wenige Fußweg-Minuten bis zum Einkaufen und drumherum sind auch einige Lokale.

La vue tout les jour depuis le logement directe sur la plage

Renata et une douceur de femme incroyable, malgré la barrière de la langue car nous parlons absolument pas anglais ni croate , on a réussit à ce comprendre avec l’aide des smartphone , toujours souriante , tout les jours un petit coucou de sa part et s’assure que tout va pour le mieux , nous avions le studio avec vue directe à la plage on etait 2 adultes et 1 ados il était suffisant pour nous , le top et plage directe , le stationnement devant le logement , les transats mis à disposition pour nous pour un meilleur confort à la plage . On a rien a re dire , avec un grand plaisir nous reviendrons. Merci pour tout Renata Dimitri , Melody et Lorenzo

Trivsamt boende vid stranden.

Mycket bra lägenhet precis vid stranden. Härlig terass som vi tyvärr inte kunde nyttja alla dagar på grund av regn. Men den soliga dagen var det fantastiskt att sitta där och att ha närheten till havet. Det var också lätt att åka buss till och ifrån Zadar med en busshållplats mycket nära boendet. Kontakten med Renata var enkel och hon svarade snabbt och var mycket enkel att prata med både på plats och via Mail.
