Buena situación, buena equipación, muy bonito, limpio habitaciones separadas y muy buen atendimiento por parte de la propiedad.

Gute Lage, sehr gute Anbindung an ÖPNV. Diverse Restaurants und Bars, Supermarkt und Apotheke zu Fuß sehr schnell erreichbar. Im Vergleich zur Kernstadt Lissabon eher ruhig.
Wir hatten einen Kleinwagen gemietet, Parkplätze in Lissabon auch im Stadtteil Ajuda sind Mangelware. Aber hierzu kann der Vermieter nicht ändern. Als Tourist sollte man das einfach nur wissen. Bei der Miete eines Wagens gilt daher: Je kleiner um so besser. Bloß keinen fetten SUV mieten oder eine große Limo. Die Chancen auf einen Parkplatz sinken dann rapide gegen Null.
