The appartement is nice and has all that you could need. It was also very clean. The owner, Clara was very very friendly and was always in touch with us. She asked always how we are, if everything is ok. Thank you for that dear clara. It was a nice experience to stay in this appartement. It gives you the feeling,you live in a tree house.

Superb

The apartment is very well presented in the fotos! It's furnished and decorated in a modern way and I immediately felt like coming home when I entered it. It was very clean! The kitchen is well equiped. The rooftop terrasse is wonderful :) I didn't meet Clara in person. But she sent me all instructions before my arrival and immediatley answered the questions I had upon my arrival. Station, port and hiking trails can all be reached easily from the apartment. It's in a calm neighbourhood, not far from the center.

We had an amazing time in this house. It was super clean and tidy and Clara was the really helpful.

I really liked how communicative and helpful Clara was with us. Also, the keys were super easy to find as well as the appartment. The bed was also really comofrtable and the balcony has a beautiful view and is really really nice to be there after a long day at the beach relaxing.

As most appartments in Italy, we did not have a lift so we could only use stairs. However, this is something we were expecting and did not really give us a lot of trouble. We loved our stay here.

A useful stopover

An interesting little studio under the eaves of a block of flats (3.5 floors up) with a little terrace set into the roof with a a good view of the surrounding area. The studio has all the basics you need (but mind your head on the low beam over the end of the bed!). Parking is available on the street outside and there is a supermarket close by.

The location is very nice. Located in the center near cute little bars. The terrace is where the room shines. Although in the winter it a bit pointless cause it could get very cold.

I only didn't like the fact that it was a bit too cold at night and the fact that in the bathroom we found the towels but no trace of shower gel or anything similar. Not even a "sample size" bottle. It would have been nice if there was some sort of soap. Besides this overall for the price and the room size it's a good deal.

Nice apartment with an amazing balcony

Cozy apartment with a big balcony and a great view. The check in was very uncomplicated and the apartment easy to find. We had a nice stay and would definitely come back again!

For everybody who is as clumsy as we are - the apartment had a sloping roof, so we bumped our heads a couple of times, so be careful :D

The location of the apartment is pretty good, close to the city center and gives access to all city sights. The rooftop view is amazing, there is also a nice terrace outside the apartment.

We had troubles finding the building because there is no exact address in the description.

La posizione é buona, abbastanza vicino al centro e al mare e, sempre nelle vicinanze, si trovano molti negozi/panifici ecc. Il letto é ampio e comodo. La struttura era pulita e dotata anche di un terrazzino.

La struttura é piccola quindi non é adatto per soggiorni molto lunghi o se pensate di passare molto tempo all'interno. Il bagno non ha la finestra e la cucina é molto piccola ma come stanza d'appoggio é un ottima soluzione con buona qualità prezzo, dotata anche di televisore. In generale non vi aspettate chissà cosa, ma se sapete accontentarvi dell'essenziale é una buona soluzione, soprattutto in alta stagione quando i prezzi sono alle stelle.

Parcheggio impossibile da trovare, casa al 3 piano senza ascensore, senza condizionatore ma con piccolo ventilatore, troppo calore, tetto da soffitta quindi attenti alla testa.

Appartamento essenziale ma funzionale, vicino il centro, con proprietario disponibile nel dare indicazioni e consigli.

Non mi sentirei di consigliarla per un lungo soggiorno, vista la metratura esigua, ma per un paio di notti è ottima.

appartamento come da descrizione, posizione ottima con bel terrazzo. Host disponibile e facilmente contattabile.

. cucina proporzionata alla dimensione della stanza, se pensate di cucinare portatevi le stoviglie e pentole in quanto carenti!. sarebbe consigliabile una zanzariera .
