About this farm stay rental
Farmhouse with farmhouses from the 1800s immersed in a large green park with swimming pool. For those who want a holiday immersed in a suggestive scenery of medieval villages, towers and castles. The house has a large living room with kitchen on the ground floor, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with single beds and three bathrooms. Outside there is a pergola with barbeque for eating and cooking outdoors. The house is immersed in a vast green park with swimming pool.

Traveled from the USA with 5 family members and stayed in the large farmhouse next to the pool. It all depends on your expectations. It's remote, but the location is in the center of Umbria. The views In every direction are spectacular. It is farmland, so expect a few bugs. If you want crowded, noisy urban city life stay in Roma. The owner does his best to make your stay comfortable. We would return.

We have just returned from renting the large farmhouse at Il Borghetto. The house is spacious and can easily accommodate 11-12 people. The grounds are lovely with everything kept in good order. The pool is large and there are plenty of sun-beds etc. The host Ugo is one of the nicest people one could hope to meet. Nothing was too much bother and he went out of his way to help me to sort out a problem with my car. Even introducing me to his mechanic and taking me to a car parts shop. He is also a part of a local co-operative that produces award winning wines, which you must try. Whilst the farm is a working farm you are never bothered by any noise etc. There is also a volleyball court, table-tennis, and a boules area. It is a very peaceful residence. The only thing that lets the property down are the photos in the adverts! The property is far nicer than the pictures show. The area of Todi is also gorgeous with lovely restaurants and plenty of history. The motorway links are superb with Rome just over an hour away and Florence just over two hours. We were two families of eight people total and loved our holiday so much we are already planning our return. I cannot recommend this property enough. Thank you Ugo for all your help and kindness in making our holiday there so lovely.
