The property is beautiful. The swimming pool was clean and private and very user-friendly. There was lots of room in the accommodations. Even though it was hot outside and there was no air conditioning in the unit. They were very cool and comfortable. We made use of the kitchen. Our dog was welcome there.

The main thing we didn’t like about the property was that the beds were very hard not just firm but hard and the pillows were flat and seemed old. The other thing we didn’t like was the barking dog that was constant from across the valley.

Beautiful view from a beautiful terrace. Very tranquil place far away from the traffic and in the middle of the beautiful Umbria countryside. Room is welcoming, tidy and clean. Hosts very kind and always available to help

Room was missing a little bit of modern touch, and an armchair or a small couch in the room would be needed. The terrace was lovely, but in order to be perfect maybe a roof to cover it from the rain would be the cherry on top of the cake

No breakfast, but all the basic supplies to cook and all dishes and utensils, plus full refrigerator.

Enjoyed a lot with a beautiful view!

The house, the pool, garden and the location were fantastic! Beautiful view and good to go for walking or cycling in the nature or drive to other places. The hostess Vittoria and her staff are really nice and helped whenever needed. Tasting her own olive oil and to see how it is made, was a great experience.

The first two nights were very warm and it was too hot in all the bedrooms with only a fan. Vittoria told us that she will arrange airconditioning for the next summer, it will be very nice if there is one. The other nights were cooler and more windy (the house is on a hill), so it was better to sleep then. The WiFi is only available in the house and works fine. Maybe it would be nice if it also works in the garden around the house.

Outdoor seating area cannot be used in the day as the plants above the seating area are covered by swarms of wasps. Limited privacy of the outdoor seating and room because there is no separation from the accommodation next door. The room next door is a larger accommodation for families so it was more noisy than expected. Our front door was opened three times by the kids in the adjoining room as there is no separation. The accommodation is more family friendly than couple friendly.

Heerlijk zwembad. Fijn zitje voor het appartement.

Helaas was de eigenaresse niet aanwezig waardoor andere gasten ons naar de kamer moesten begeleiden. Ook de aangeboden kookworkshop en olijfolieproeverij zijn niet doorgegaan. Hier moesten we zelf achteraan zitten. Als goedmaker werd ons een gratis fles olijfolie beloofd door de eigenaresse, maar ook deze hebben we nooit gekregen.

Consigliatissimo

L'agriturismo è in una collina incantevole, in mezzo agli ulivi. Eravamo circondati da un verde rigoglioso e curato. Lo staff è gentilissimo (la signora Carmela ci ha sempre accolti con il sorriso) e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. La piscina è comodissima e vicina all'appartamento. Torneremo sicuramente.

Nella stanza non c'è l'aria condizionata, ma sinceramente non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno perché la temperatura era molto piacevole.

L’établissement est très bien situé pour visiter la région (à proximité : Assise, Pérouse, le lac de Trasimène…). L’endroit est un véritable havre de paix, entouré de verdure et à proximité de toutes commodités. La piscine est très agréable.

Mysigt och rofyllt boende i fina omgivningar.

Läget var fantastiskt med utsikt över omgivningarna med alla olivträd, mycket fridfullt och rofyllt med en pool att svalka sig i, precis vad vi efterfrågade. Studion vi hade var luftig och fin. Och vi kunde sitta i skuggan i trädgården och äta våra måltider. Vår värdinna var tyvärr inte på plats under tiden vi var där men vi hade fin dialog på whatsapp. Vi fick också se hur de framställer sin olivolja och köpa densamma. Dessutom en glimt i familjehemmet från 1700-talet tillsammans med en släkting, väldigt roligt! Stort tack för fin vistelse!

La struttura composta da un insieme di casette e piccoli edifici immersi in uno splendido scorcio naturalistico umbro. La piscina della struttura è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. La signora Carmela di ha accolti splendidamente con tutte le informazioni ed è stata sempre a nostra disposizione via chat per ogni esigenza. Abbiamo affittato una struttura con tre camere da letto doppie e due bagni, con una piccola cucina ed un'ampia zona comune con tavolone da pranzo/cena, divani e super camino (enorme!).

Relax assoluto a due passi da Perugia!

L'agriturismo è splendido, tranquillo e silenzioso ma vicinissimo a Perugia ed Assisi oltre che a tanti piccoli borghi - Bevagna, Cannara, Spello, ecc. - La camera è ampia e luminosa, il letto comodo. C'è tutto ciò che può servire per un soggiorno. Carmela, la proprietaria, è gentile e disponibilissima, pronta a consigliare posti da vedere e dove mangiare. Assolutamente consigliato!
