About this house rental
Location: Conveniently located at 11 Sinclair Avenue, Rye, next to
Kanasta Caravan Park's front entrance. This house is part of the park
but remains very private, as it is fully fenced and situated on a quiet,
tree-lined street. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Rye Pier, the bay beach,
restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, and the RSL.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed, single bed, Smart TV, and a large
ensuite.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds with plenty of natural light; centrally
located bathroom opposite the room.
Bedroom 3: Three single beds, large TV, ceiling fan, and sliding
glass door to the entertainment deck; shares the central bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Two single beds, large TV, ceiling fan, and its own
ensuite overlooking the backyard.
Bathrooms:
Central Bathroom: Large, family-friendly bathroom with access
from the middle room and spa area.
Ensuite 1 (Master Bedroom): Spacious ensuite with shower, toilet,
and vanity.
Ensuite 2 (Bedroom 4): Private ensuite with shower, toilet, and
vanity, overlooking the backyard.
Living Areas:
Open-plan living room with a theatre area featuring a large flat-
screen TV. Fully carpeted with tiled kitchen and bathroom areas.
Separate dining room with sliding door access to the entertainment
deck.

the outdoor entertainment area for convenience.

Amazing location, walking distance to the beach and 5 minutes drive to the hotsprings! Spotless clean! Spacious! Hot tub is so good! Big backyard! Towels are provided! Kitchen has everything you need! It was just perfect for me and my 8 girlfriends! We really enjoyed the stay thank you :)
