About this house rental

The home is testimony to the enduring quality of good design with close attention paid to detail and the indoor-outdoor connection. The property features, gas hydronic heating and split system air-conditioning and entertainers kitchen includes new appliances and thermomix and a large breakfast bar adjoining the dining area. Two large bedrooms flank the living zone, a master suite with fitted walk-in robe and opulent ensuite and a junior bedroom with adjacent powder room and custom-built study.

An additional bonus is a dedicated guest wing with an independent entrance, private deck, two bedrooms, and a contemporary bathroom. The spacious home is fringed by Indigenous landscaping, a lush lawn, and a crazy paved, sunny terrace. The close proximity to world-class golf courses, Peninsula Hot Springs, Alba thermal springs, Rye pier, strip shopping, and Number 16 surf beach adds instant appeal to this seaside sanctuary. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a fantastic holiday experience. Rye, a great little seaside town. The house was exceptional, easily catered for 10 adults, everything you could possibly hope for in a holiday house was provided plus more. Thoroughly recommend this gem.

We were a group of 9 people and we found it to be very well designed and suited our needs for an end of week get away with 3 generations of family. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The key lock was abit tricky to open. Really appreciated the dishwasher

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely weekend at the house, 2 families of 4 with primary and secondary aged children. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, although the bed in the master was quite uncomfortable. The house is in a convenient location and well equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas, bikes, balls etc but not so much with kitchen staples, you will need to bring foil, olive oil, not enough coffee pods etc. Pretty good location although the local coffee shop is now closed and it was about a 25 minute walk to the beach and other shops. The house is clean, but not perfect, the exhaust above the stove was filthy, there were cobwebs around, the glass in the shower had soap scum, but overall it was great. As linen wasn't included in our stay the doonas and pillows were all uncovered when we arrived, which showed stains on them, no one wants to see that.We particularly liked the speakers outside, so we could lay about in the sunshine and listen to music.
