The proximity to the zocalo was perfect.

Quaint boutique hotel with fantastic location.

The location is fantastic. The view from the rooftop is incredible with views of the Popo volcano and the churches. Hotel is wheelchair accessible with a ramp up into the lobby and an elevator. I appreciated that there were 2 complimentary bottles of water delivered to the room every day. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The blankets on the bedding need to be replaced. Old balled up blankets. The sheets also need to be replaced and they were balled up and had holes in them. Also the rooms need extra lighting like lamps next to the bed and also need luggage racks for suitcases.

Awesome Location

Fantastic Location right by the central park. Lovely building. Friendly helpful staff. Blind wouldn't pull down they fixed it right away. Very secure building.

Room cards needed to be updated daily. It would have been helpful to know but we're reset quickly and meant rooms were very secure

Great location budget hotel

The hotel is very well located, right by the main square. It also has a very nice view from the rooftop, however, there is no furniture (chairs, tables, etc.) on the rooftop to enjoy the view nor any services (bar or restaurant).

The room was very tight and the beds on the hard side. Also, the shower was not well designed (impossible to move the shower head) and was spitting water in all directions, not great for women who don't wish to wash their hair. We had the impression that the hotel was still working under Covid measures with limited staff and services. The person at the front desk was not very helpful or knowledgeable (seemed quite inexperienced).

Good location, just around the corner from the zocalo. Couldn't fault the cleanliness of the rooms.

No windows in the room made it very stuffy and rather claustrophobic. No hot water for the first night. The 'background' music played in the corridors and landings was very loud and could be heard in the room, not ideal if you want a quiet afternoon after a long journey.

Nice hotel-close to all-in a quiet and safe area

The hotel was very close to the zocalo and there is a beautiful church right on the corner. All tourist sites are within walking distance as is the local mercado. Felt safe walking even at night. The bathroom, although small, was very clean, the water was hot, and water pressure was perfect. Our room was towards the back and no street noise could be heard, our window offered a view of the church tower, room darkening shades made sleeping easy, and the air conditioning worked great as did the Wifi.

They have a beautiful roof top area although there is no sitting areas (perhaps this is Covid related). I prefer a less hard mattress but I did not ask if there was an alternative.

Perfect location, quiet and friendly.

It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. The room was quiet and well appointed.

There wasn't a reading light next to the bed. Luckily we had headlamps with us.

Rooftop terrace with an amazing view, perfect for taking pictures of the volcanoes close by at dawn and sunset. Location is perfect, walking distance from everything worth seeing.

i paid for a room with terrace but the hotel had no rooms of this type available, the staff refused to unlock the safety deposit box for me to store valuables, it was locked when we arrived. Every day we were told we would move to room with terrace but this never happened and we paid more for a room we did not receive. i was charged for a full breakfast and only received coffee. there is no english or irish breakfast as advertised, only substandard Mexican food that looked like re- fried vomit with cheese on the top with poop on the side. terrible internet connection.

The WiFi didn't work sometimes, that's the only real dislike. Some rooms have only 1-2 narrow windows. But that's the pay for the traditional house. If you know only English it would be a.bit hard to communicate, but the staff really tries their.best, thank you!
