location good for my requirements and at a reasonable price

I liked that everything was equal or better than my expectations for this price level. Single rooms are not facing the street, but an inner yard which looks more like a nature than a yard, so not a bit of noise would disturb me while sleeping. I like the location because Grotta at a nearby park Grébovka (Havlíčkovy sady) is one of the hidden gems of Prague, as well as the park itself is beautiful, but I would not travel here if I lived elsewhere. It is a very nice walk through this park to the square at Nusle what is a transport hub point with excellent craft beer pub Zlý časy which is Prague's another hidden gem. For me it is better that breakfast is for an extra charge, because I do not eat breakfast.

For check-in after 8 pm. just inform them timely in advance - I saw a lock box by the main entrance, so I guess thay would leave a room key there, but I never tested this. If you do not find a kettle in the room, just ask the staff, they will provide it yo your room, or at least allow to use a kettle in a breakfast room.

The location makes it easy to move around and explore everything that one might want to see in Prague. There's a Lidl close by and the accomodation was perfect for its intended purpose. The room was comfortable in size, the beds were comfortable (and that's coming from someone who usually struggles with hotel beds).
