Gospodarze byli bardzo mili i pomocni, zawsze odpowiadali na wiadomości. Lokalizacja niedaleko dworca kolejowego była znakomita, a odbiór kluczy przebiegł szybko i bezproblemowo, dodatkowo już o po 13 mogłyśmy wejść do apartamentu. Możliwość zostawienia bagaży w biurze jest bardzo wygodna, a cena z pewnością przebija wszystkie inne miejsca do przechowywania bagażu. Wszystko co potrzebne znajdowało się w apartamencie, łóżko było wygodne. Zaraz obok była czeska żabka, a niedaleko tesco express.

w przyszłości można by pomyśleć o piekarniku, ale ogólnie nie utrudniło to ani nie wpłynęło na pobyt negatywnie

The location was close to restaurants, public transport, the national opera and the national museum.

There were no clear instructions on how to get the keys. We went to the property and found out that there was no reception, so we had to go to another property where the reception desk was located.

The apartment was ok for us, it has small kitchen with coffee machine and kettle. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is small but it is ok. Cleanness of bathroom was ok, but it requires maintenance, particularly in shower.

The collection of keys was an issue. Although when i booked the apartment I thought that it is 5 min from train station, but it was not. hence, as per instructions, i collected the keys from the reception which was 10 min away from train station and it took me almost 30 min to arrive apartment itself unlike the host told me it is just 12 min. Moreover that 30min walking was "uphill" walking. if i knew that i would organize different type of arrangement for reaching the apartment or I even booked different one. Alternatively they could have left the key in apartment entrance rather that in reception. In middle of night with luggages walking almost 45 min was not pleasant experience considering constructions on the roads too which requires to pass dangerous paths. I also asked to send me photo of the entrance of apartment either thru the booking chat or to directly to my whatsapp number, but they refused and told me I can only know about once I collect keys from reception. I wish the host would have been much more transparent about apartment location and much helpful with key collection.
