We had some issues with the lock initially but the owner was kind enough to come and personally helped us to resolve the issue.

Very comfortable modern appartment.

Very comfortable spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Very quiet in spite of being on a busy street. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom with good size shower, well equipped kitchen. I particularly appreciated the high end coffee machine! Covered reserved parking space with direct access to the elevator. Cannot comment on the terrace and the view, it was night and it was raining!

Garage gate, main door and apartment door all work with codes. I had a hard time entering into the garage, I had to call the owner. Also next day could not enter through the main door downstairs, had to wait for another tenant to come in.

Great place to stay

This is a great property with fantastic views from the balcony. It was fairly well equiped and is quite large. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom / laundry was roomy. The shower was huge…lovely. The washing machine and dryer worked well. The outside shutters kept the place cooler so when we got back in the afternoon, it was not too hot inside.

The bedding was a heavy duvet which was useless in hot weather which we had. We managed to find an alternative in the cupboard. We couldn’t get either TV to work. I contacted the owner and he tried to help. We gave up in the end. We needed some written instructions on the appliances.

Wonderful apartment with great view

Perfect location close to highway and metro/underground with personal parking spot! Spacious apartment, fully fitted and huge balcony with wonderful sight on lake of Geneva and mountains. Parking downstairs accessible with elevator directly to the apartment floor. Ideal for easy carrying suitcases and bags. Complete kitchen and additional possibility to wash the laundry Very family friendly environment with nice hosts. We will return soon again.

Nett für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Sehr gute Lage inkl. Parkplatz, schöne Aussicht, die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. ÖV Anbietungen sind gut, nahe der Autobahn um in die Region zu fahren. Zugang via Code

Man konnte den Balkon bei diesem schönen Wetter nicht nutzen, da die Sonnenstore kaputt war und man den ganzen Tag Frontalsonne hatte. Es war zu heiss. Dadurch war es auch sehr warm in der Wohnung. Es gab keine frischen Tücher, alle sonst im Schrank haben gestunken. Dann war der Trockner voll mit nasser Wäsche die gerochen haben. Der Geschirrspüler konnte man nicht öffnen ohne dass das Apartment danach wie in der Kanalisation gerochen hat. Bett war bereit aber das Kinderbett nicht, das musste man zusammensuchen, plus die Bettwäsche dazu hat gemüffelt. Meldung an Besitzer gemacht. Ob es Besserung bringen wird ist offen. Der Preis ist zu hoch für diesen Service

L’arrivée avec un code qui ne fonctionne pas, obligés d’attendre l’arrivée du propriétaire qui habite assez loin Ménage pas toujours parfait (lave vaisselle non vide)

Квартира прекрасная. есть все необходимое. Отдельная благодарность за наличие стиральной машины. Смарт тв очень выручил нас, когда мы хотели посмотреть фильм. Удобное самостоятельное прибытие. Вид 🔥🔥😻

1. Не была готова постель для третьего человека: пришлось искать постельное бельё. Найти его оказалось не просто - оно было в сушильной машине. 2. Некоторые совершенно ненужные в квартире вещи: не совсем понятно, зачем в ванной висят старые мочалки для тела.. Или зачем в квартире монитор. 3. Мы не нашли штопор в квартире. Были бокалы, которые поставили на самом видном месте, но не было штопора - мы обыскали всё.

Séjour agréable

Logement très agréable et fonctionnel avec une vue superbe sur le lac. Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Parking couvert et gratuit c'est vraiment un grand plus ! Métro à grande proximité avec une borne à tickets.

Manque d'informations pour trouver l'entrée du garage et la place de parking. Code de la porte d'entrée du logement erroné, heureusement nous avons pu avoir Daniel rapidement au téléphone qui nous à donné un nouveau code d'accès.
