Location was perfect and an easy walk to beautiful Mevagissey old fishing village town (steep hill on walk back) or a short drive to Heligan and the beach. Great location for Eden too. Short drive to the golf course, Fowey and Charlestown. Beautiful artwork around the house, imagine it is local.
If I have to mention anything here. Just a bit more crockery and glasses for five us us would be fab so as still some left when the dishwasher is full. Blinds for the conservatory in event of heatwave like this year! (Which has in fairness been exceptional). Creaky master bedroom bed just maybe needs some new slats? Thanks. Splitting hairs though as it's a lovely property with a gorgeous garden. Almost completely dog proofed and great if dogs kept on long leads.

Well equipped bungalow in a great location, perfect for walking down to Mevagissey. Lovely secure garden enabling pets to safely play.
