This place is all about the view, which is absolutely stunning. The apartment itself is small and basic, and adequate for a couple. It’s a short walk into Mevagissey. We’d stay here again just to sit and enjoy the view.

It was my wife's 1st visit to Cornwall. she thoroughly enjoyed the visit. the location was perfect, the accommodation excellent and the welcome exceptionally Cornish. we both had a brilliant time. we explored the surrounding areas including a ferry ride to Fowey and saw dolphins! The property had everything you needed to make a self catering holiday comfortable and an enjoyable experience. The location, a south facing group of apartments on the south coast offered an outstanding view you never grew tired of whether it be in the morning whilst having breakfast, or an evening meal if you choose to eat alfresco at the table/chairs provided outside each apartment. Sloping pathway that accesses the lower apartments may be an issue if you're not so mobile, but otherwise not a problem, a 'luggage barrow' is available should you need, to minimise multiple trips back and forth to the car.

We stayed for 5 nights in Apt 3- but wished it was longer. The apartment is compact, but met our needs, spotlessly clean and comfy bed. There appeared to be ample cooking utensils, but as we ate out we didn't have need to use the kitchen facilities. The view is absolutely stunning and it is the perfect spot for total rest & relaxation. Good wifi. Added bonus was the onsite parking. The property management team were prompt on dealing with a minor issue. We are already planning to book again for 2023. A couple of minor observations - ideally the outside patio light needs to be able to be switched off or a blackout blind installed in the bedroom as personally I found it a little distracting at night. It would be handy to have a clothes airier for each apartment, somewhere to air off outside damp swimwear & sandy towels. Overall - highly recommended

The apartment we stayed in was basic but clean and tidy and comfortable. The views from the apartment are amazing. We stayed on the ground floor apartment and could hear every movement from the upstairs so that was a bit annoying but couldn’t be helped. The apartments are on top of a steap narrow hill with cars coming from high ways. All the buttons had come off of the end of the duvet cover, there wasn’t enough toilet roll and no spare roll, no spare bin bags and there was no complimentary tea or coffee. Small things to nit pick at but would of made all the difference. Overall would give 4/5.

Very Billy basic accommodation with a leaky sink and a few things in need of TLC and updating. Apart from the negatives, the location was spot on for Mevagissey and the walk down to the harbour and back up the hill was quick and easy (if you nipped through the park bit). The parking was good and the views were absolutely breathtaking.

Amazing views! We saw dolphins in the morning and evening and when the sun shines it’s spectacular to sit with a glass and just enjoy. The bedroom was a bit of a let down - small things that can easily be changed would make it more comfy - eg some thicker curtains as they let loads of light through and better quality pillows. Carpet must have had something spilt on it as I noticed when I picked up w T-shirt off the floor it made it smell horrible! Also there is no space in the bedroom we had (although that is compensated for with the lounge area). Kitchen had all the basic facilities you would need . Great place to use as a bolt hole and to explore the surrounding area. Takes about 6 mins to walk down to Mevagissey which is such a lovely place. We went there a fair few Times for dinner/pub and they were all great. Overall, a good place to use to rest your head but not to spend a considerable amount of time inside.

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was clean And as described and the check in process easy. The views from the patio were amazing. The drive through Mevagissys tiny streets was a little hairy, but that’s not uncommon at all in Cornwall!

Lovely setting, and wonderful views, going up the hill was a bit scary at times but all in all a wonderful holiday, our first holiday without the kids!! Bedroom curtains could do with being a bit thicker so they don’t let the light in, dining room table was a bit wobbly and could do with a screw or two in the legs but apart from those issues, our holiday was just wonderful. Would recommend to friends

Fab week at Treloen apartments with amazing views, we stayed in appt 4 on upper floor but all the appts have great views out to sea and it is so tranquil and relaxing.... Very therapeutic Apartment compact but comfortable & well equipped for my husband ,myself and our dog Excellent location ...Few mins easy walk down /up the hill into Mevagissey although the hill back up may prove harder for less able bodied Had lovely weather but I imagine the views of the sea and coastline are great anytime of the year, whatever the weather and dramatic in the winter months too!

Very enjoyable break staff friendly and helpful, only a short walk down into mevagissey, our apartment (3) was clean and adequate for the 2 of us and our little dog the hill back up to the apartment is quite steep and narrow with little in the way of pavements very tight with vehicles passing, the fountain pub was very nice but couldn't take to the ship inn a good selection of dog friendly eateries though and only a short bus ride to the lost gardens of Heligan etc .

I thoroughly enjoyed my peaceful stay at Treloen Apartments. The view is unbeatable, and the location perfect for exploring Cornwall. Great communication from the apartments' managers, and they went out of their way to fix a couple of issues promptly (these were simply due to the apartment being newly refurbished and in no sense detracted from my stay). Really excellent customer service! Be prepared to take everything you need with you for the kitchen, and then kick back and enjoy the outstanding view through the large glass doors. I'll be back.

Fantastic location with amazing views and a short walk into the small fishing town of Mevagissey. The apartment was clean, warm and very well presented. We had everything we needed to keep us cosy. The bed was comfortable as was the sofa and the bathroom was great. Would definitely come back when the weather is warmer, though nothing beats a nice warm apartment watching the winter tides coming in.

Sat out on Balcony every morning just watching little fishing boats in and out off the Arbour.you are over looking the sea. Plenty of places to visit while your there. Spectacular views and a great location for a short downhill walk into beautiful Mevagissey. Accommodation compact but very clean and modern with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again. It’s also a great location to visit Polperro which is equally stunning.

Furnishing were fine,property was very clean & in good condition and views were fabulous! Weather was exceptionally hot (July 2018) with little sea breeze when we stayed but lack of ventilation and too much ambient light at night made it very difficult to sleep. I would suggest blinds at the rear of the property and an ability to turn off the bulkhead lights on the patio, along with blackout curtains/blinds and an outside awning would make this property brilliant. Also a way to lock windows open at night/when out would be good. Patio table is probably due to be replaced and we had to "borrow" a parasol from another unit. I hope this wont put people off as I am sure the exceptional weather conditions have played a big part in my review, however I wouldn't go as far as describing this a "luxury" accommodation, but was of a good general standard..
