It has great character in a good location, and close to the Cathedral where we spent most of the week at the Three Choirs Festival.
I would move the big armchair and smaller chair into the larger room and put the two smaller armchairs in the smaller room, or at least swap the large armchair with one of those. We seemed to favour the smaller room again!

Ideal location, unique property, larger than expected, safe parking with large gates-once parked we were on foot for the duration of the break. Plenty of restaurants in area. Able to watch the lock operating and water traffic passing occasionally right in front of the house.
Crossing the road to the docks and constant sound of cars crossing the bridge, although it was background sounds and not loud enough to disturb you. Unable to open windows due to secondary glazing and very old wooden frames. Stairs were steep.

Fabulous location in centre of Gloucester and also by the river. A historic property which was lovely, with good facilities and parking. Very good value for money.
