Three bedrooms: 2 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with roll-top bath, large shower cubicle, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Dining/breakfast room overlooking the River Severn. Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. Washing machine and dishwasher. Welome pack of tea coffee milk sugar and biscuits. Sitting room and a living room with TV, DVD, stereo/CD player, WiFi, library of books, games and DVDs. Riverside garden with furniture and BBQ. Off road parking for 3 cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. City centre is just a 5 minute walk away. Shops, bars and restaurants two mins walk. Gas central heating, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sorry, no smoking. Note: Due to close proximity of deep open water at front and rear, children must be very closely supervised at all times and care should be taken with dogs. Note: Due to the character and age of the property, the stairs are quite steep, however there is a handrail down one side. For breaks shorter than 7 nights, check in/out days can be accomodated on Friday. Saturday.Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. Please note any 7 night bookings must start on a Friday, for any other arrangement please enquire in advance. Please note the open fire is for decorative purposes only as part of the history and character of this property.

Town: Gloucester is an historic waterfront city full of Roman foundations, Victorian Docklands and an impressive Norman Cathedral, the cloisters of which were used as a location in the Harry Potter films. The thriving city centre is home to a superb range of shops, markets, pubs, restaurants, and other attractions for visitors. The city is an enjoyable base from which to explore the Cotswolds and the Forest of Dean, which offer many country walks and picturesque villages. The Eegency town of Cheltenham is an easy drive away, and offersfascinating Georgian architecture and the world-renowned Gold Cup horse racing. There is so much for all the family to do in this lovely area, no matter what your interests.
