Lovely stay for a trip to Cheltenham.

Booked the accommodation for Cheltenham Festival. Four good size bedrooms with comfortable beds, Clean and well presented rooms. Towels, hand soap, and all the basics you need to wash up etc. (these things make a difference). Thanks to Phil for the comms before and after the stay. The deposit is no drama and was returned promptly to me.

A good value, conveniently located house for a visit to Gloucester and the surrounding areas.

It was great that there was a good-sized Co-op behind the house. Very convenient. Good amount of space for a family. The teenagers liked the hot tub.

The table football was surprisingly loud in the glass conservatory!

Really enjoyable and comfortable and a big thank you to Phil for making it all so nice.

Extremely comfortable and well appointed. Everything was very clean and well presented. A lovely garden and good parking. We'd love to come back and very much hope to do so.

A couple of fans would be a great addition, as would some small occasional tables in the dining/conservatory area. An outdoor sun umbrella to give a little shade would make being outside even nicer.

Cotswolds mini break

Phil was a great host, very communicative in the lead up to the stay and very organised. The property was great - spacious, clean and had great amenities. My little dog loved playing in the garden too! The location was good, there were local shops nearby & a pub, with easy access to Gloucester, Cheltenham and The Cotswolds. I’d stay here or in one of their other properties again!

fantastic spacious house more than happily recommend

The size of the house was fantastic. The kitchen is especially great facilities wise with plenty of space to store food either on the side or in the fridge or fridge freezer. the Bedrooms are nice and large with plenty of storage space and with upstairs and downstairs bathrooms it make things externally convenient if people need to freshen up in the morning at the same time. The place having it's own washing machine and dryer is also make things extremely convenient if you get caught in the rain.
