We had the most delightful Christmas in Scotland, and our experience was truly enhanced by the wonderful home we stayed in. It was impeccably clean and incredibly cosy, providing all the comforts of home while allowing us to immerse ourselves in the festive spirit of this beautiful country.
The hosts were exceptional—so welcoming, easy to contact, and always prompt in their responses, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the abundance of on-street parking spaces and the tranquil atmosphere of the street, which was a lovely bonus. Being close to the train station made it incredibly convenient for us to explore Edinburgh without a car, and the short journey was a breeze.
We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate the season. We felt fortunate to be guests in such a lovely home and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Thank you for making our Christmas so special!
Nothing we didn't like. Everything was great. As we said, the place was excellent!

So much space in this flat. Was really warm, cosy and well equipped. It's just outside the centre of Dunfermline but within easy walking distance of shops, bus links, and the Abbey. And Dunfermline FC football stadium.
Nothing, we had a really nice time in this flat.

Warm, cosy, well equipped, very clean.
The bed was soft and comfy with beautiful bed covers.
The blanket in the lounge was very useful one night when I wasn't sleeping.
A pen on the mantlepiece for making a shopping list.
Lovely quality cutlery and China.
Just an absolute delight. Well thought out.
Nothing.

I wasn't expecting much given we found this property last minute when looking for somewhere in the area that accepts pets and was within budget. The property exceeded our expectations. A nice quiet area with lots of space to park. Collecting the keys was easy as the hosts had emailed all the information needed prior to arrival. The property itself was immaculate and extremely comfortable. We soon felt at home, the dogs too :) I also liked the fact that dogs are welcome at no extra charge. There is a welcome pack with all the information you need and reassurance that the owners live close by in case they're needed. Thankfully we never had to bother them.
Nothing. It was perfect. Out of curiosity, I read the few less positive reviews by travellers (there aren't many). Do not pay attention to anything they say. People complain about anything these days.

Lots of nice little touches such as tea and coffee provided, and plenty of milk in the fridge. Super comfy. Great location, parking right outside. I booked in for two nights but would have liked to have stayed for a week!
Very little to criticise. The plug in the bathroom basin was too big for the plughole was the only thing.

Good location for Dunfermline, short walk into town. Property has easy parking and no issues accessing it. Milk left which was a nice touch.
Some bits rather tired, especially the bath. Also couldn’t find a bottle opener (for beer), but otherwise no issues.

Spacious ground floor flat with ample on street parking in a quiet area.
Hosts were extremely good at communicating (had some bad experiences with Airbnb recently so this was a breath of fresh air).
The milk in the fridge along with tea, coffee and sugar were a nice touch!
Would highly recommend⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really enjoyed staying at this property. It's very well-equipped, well-located in pretty Dunfermline, and spacious, with a large living room, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and a comfortable bedroom. Wi-fi is good and strong, and there's an attractive garden out back to relax in. Communication with the hosts was solid. Would definitely rebook.
No complaints.

Bathroom needs updating but otherwise nothing to complain about.

Easy to park and access instructions to the property were clear. Very clean, warm, and comfy. Matching furnishing and considerations, like mirrors, were well placed. All utensils provided. Shower gel, handsoap, shampoo, and conditioner included. Towels also matched the decor. Location is also ideal for trains to Edinburgh. Asda is walking distance or 2min drive.
Shower curtain kinda clings when wet.
No pizza cutter 🙁

Lovely ground floor apartment, all the usual amenities (smart TV, Good WiFi, comfy bed etc), very clean and well situated for access to the town. Very good communication with the host who was there to meet us on arrival. Even had fresh milk in the fridge to make a cup of tea when we arrived. Taxi to town centre (Dunfermline) was £5.

The bathroom shower was a bit cramped for my husband but he is 6ft 4 so.. otherwise nothing to complain about

The place had all the facilities we needed and was very clean and comfortable. There was ample street parking right outside which we really appreciated. The location was excellent. It was a short 2 minute walk to the train station which had a good commute into Edinburgh, a 15 minute walk into Dunfermline city centre and had a supermarket a 2 minute walk away too. I would recommend a stay here and would choose to stay here again.
I can't think of anything to complain about but if I had to be picky, the one thing I didn't like was the shower curtain got a little too close when showering and would stick to my legs.

Third time we stayed here. Nice comfortable appartment. Good place to stay and explore this part of Schotland. Has everything you need. The washing machine and the use of the communial lines outside to dry are very welcome during our 3 week trip. Never seen the host yet, but that means we never had a complain.🤩
Nothing.

Location is great with the train station a 2 min walk away and Asda just down the road. Flat itself very well presented with the washing machine being a god send.
Nothing, this was actually our 2nd visit and we anticipate many more.

property was spotless and perfectly equipped for short or long stays. location is perfect for the surrounding area, with the train station minutes away

Relatively comfortable property that had everything we needed for a couple of days stay.
Property markets itself as pet friendly yet since getting home have received a torrent of abusive emails from hosts about dog hair. Totally unacceptable and unnecessary. Very unprofessional. If you don’t have a dog it would be fine though I think the don’t use back door rule is a little odd. Something about grass? Hosts seemed to viciously dislike mess. Even though we hovered, stripped bed and washed up.

Perfect location! Very dog friendly. The privacy of the house. Very close to a big supermarket (more than one ;-)) and a good possibility to walk the dogs at the end of the street. We could park the car right in front of the house. Everything was well provided for, a great welcoming package.
The door of the bedroom did nog close, the mattress wasn't that comfy. The refrigerator was a bit small.
