Very cozy and cute, and suyper close to the airport.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, very detailed to show everything. The room was super cozy and cute, with a great yard! And very convenient for early morning flights, only a 5-minute drive and 25-minute walk to the airport (but not loud at all).

This whole communication was a surprise after reading all the positive reviews left by previous guests of the BNB.

The B&B has a perfect location, because it is very close to the airport. It was a safe place to stay for just one night and as a student this is very important for me.

I have no complaints regarding the property itself. Unfortunately, I had a really unpleasant interaction with the owner. After I called her to remind about the deposit, this happened: Almost a week I already left the room, I received a message on WhatsApp with a picture of broken light. She claimed that it was my fault and part of the deposit would not be sent back to me. However, I have not touched the light and obviously this could not have happened during my stay there. Since I am a student, what mattered to me was that I have a safe place to stay for the night. How am I supposed to know that this message is not sent to everyone who stayed there and there was no clear evidence that this was found in my room. After being wrongly accused, I still did not want to be seen as a bad person; therefore, I kindly wished the lady a nice day, warning her that I will definitely note the situation in my review. As a response, I got the following messages “and treating with a bad review is not very nice of you as a person”; “ and I know you knew”; “I hope that you won’t lie”, which made me feel highly uncomfortable and I felt like I did not deserve the passive aggressive attitude.

Awful

First of all when i booked this place, the price was 94euros, when i came i paid it 180euros, with 50 euros of deposit.(which she said she will give back within 7 days on bank card) What happened next is that i forgot my wallet there and asked the lady to send it to me, as it can happen to anyone. She said she will keep it until someone arrives and takes it. How could someone take it when i am tourist?! So i managed a courier all the way from serbia to come and take it and i paid a high price for it because she said she wont go anywhere to send it because its my fault( i agree it is but as a host you should help your guests so maybe some day they come back) she ignored us for the deposit and said that she shouldnt give the money back because i put her in a lot of trouble??? All she did was came out of the house and gave my wallet to courier?? Ofcourse i told i will file a complaint . Its not about the money its the rudeness! If i did not ask about deposit she wouldn’t give it back at all.

I have chosen this place because the airplane was going early in the morning, the shuttle service and because of the good reviews.The host should be hospitable.For me the reception didn't feel welcoming. She was really fixed at the payment. I was wondering are we talking about the same person? I was shocked about how much extras I needed to pay. At booking.com it was said that breakfast is 0,10€ but is was 5 or 6€ each. For me it was not clear that the shuttle was not free. It was 5€ each person. As I had contacted her before about the shuttle service, it would have been nice if she was clear about the costs. She counted 7€ city taxes while booking.com said that it was included in the price. I was a bit overwhelmed and tired of the travel so I have paid. Later I have sent her a message by WhatsApp about this. She answered really unfriendly. Acussing me from stealing a cover of a barstool. What?? What do I need with that???? My suitcase was already too full, as I am travelling for 6 months with a toddler. Beside that she wanted 43€ because my 4 year old son slept at the bedsofa. The boxspring was way too high for him, I was scared he will fall down. For me it was inconvenient that the toilet was occupied by the two other guests for quite a while. I will not come back, that's for sure.

Our one night stay at Maison - St tropez Eindhoven was just perfect. Edith was a wonderful host and the room was very cosy, beds comfortable, toilets squeaky-clean. Everything that you would need for Breakfast was provided in the room itself. The property itself is just next to a park so you are surrounded by lush green, peace and quiet. We had a very pleasant stay, everything was clean and comfortable, and the host was lovely! She also makes her own bread which was waiting for us for the very early breakfast before the flight. The property is at walking distance from Eindhoven airport.
