Villa Augusta Ferri

I really appreciated the excellent facilities, central location, beautiful view, and the terrace.

No Lift, no optimum parking solutions available near by. The affordable one is about 25 minutes from the flat.

Villa Augusta Ferri is located in the old part of town and is full of charm. You can have your breakfast on the spacious terrace in the morning and you can watch the most beautiful sunset from the living room in the evening. Green market, fishmongers, bakeries and grocery shops are all within walking distance. You can buy local and fresh produce every day. The kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. All the tourist attractions and everything you need is reachable by foot. The apartment is located in one of the old buildings and contains some of the original features. Those features make the apartment very cosy and welcoming. Even though the building is on a busy street, once you close the windows and turn the A/C on, you cannot hear any outside noise. Margaret is the most wonderful host. She will accommodate all your needs, and give you valuable information about restaurants and attractions in Rovinj. She made an extra bed for us and gave us late check out. We found a hidden gem in the heart of Rovinj and we’ll most certainly come back.

The facilities listed were slightly inaccurate. A few kitchen utensils missing. The duvet was a little too warm and no sheet alternative.
