規定のチェックイン時間（16時）を大幅に上回る10時にチェックインさせていただき大変助かりました。チェックイン後すぐに同行者が体調を崩したのでゆっくり休ませる事が出来、数時間後に快復し夕方からは観光もできました。オーナーに感謝します。
部屋は広く、モダンにリノベーションされていて清潔です。洗濯機やアイロン、キッチン用品一式、空の冷蔵庫、電子レンジ全て揃っています。
当日の朝にビデオが送られてきて、その通りに暗証番号でロッカーを開けて部屋の鍵を取り出しました。建物自体が古いためエントランスや階段は暗くて不安になりましたが、部屋に入ればエアコンや暖房器具もある現代的な作りで安心しました。
ロケーションは他の人のレビューにある通り、海岸に近い歩行者専用道路のショッピングゾーンにあるため夜は静かで、スーパーも至近距離にあり、便利な場所です。
窓の外にある洗濯物干し場の綱に洗濯物を干した所、鳥のフンで一部汚れました。小さなヒサシ（屋根）が付いていれば良いと思いました。
早朝起きてバスルームへ行ったら大きなゴキブリがいてショックでした。生息しない地域に住んでいるので初めて見ました。

Lokacija odlicna, odlican smestaj. Laka komunikacija sa domacinom koji je na raspolaganju i oko prakticnih saveta. Rovinj prelep! Svaka preporuka!

Locația foarte buna pentru familie, sau chiar cuplu. Tot ce este nevoie pentru a petrece un sejur minunat împreună cu familia, prieteni sau cuplu. Locația oferă toate facilitățile, plus amplasarea un centrul orașului este excepțională. Singurul minus este ca trebuie sa parchezi mașina la 10 minute de mers pe jos de la parcare, dar chiar si asa este o experienta plăcută printre străduțele înguste.
Oricum, dacă ești cazat in centrul istoric nu exista acces cu mașina, oriunde ai fi cazat.....
Nu a fost nimic neplăcut
