The room was amazing, I felt like a prince

The pillows need to be changed

It is very convenient, easy to access and near to the subway station

The basement suit was spacious.

1. I wanted to extend the check out time for a couple of hours because of the flight but Mr. Mike wanted to charge me extra money for it. In the email it says- if you want to extend the check out hours, please inform them a day earlier so that they can accommodate, but I guess it can only be accommodated after paying which to me was a surprise. I paid CAD 900 for 4 nights. Mr. Mike was explaining a lot about cleaning agents, timing for their arrival, etc, in the phone call but to me it didn't make any sense. I was hoping they would consider extending the check out hours if I inform them a day earlier but it's all about money. 2. The house is a bit dusty, I could see the dirt/dust stick under my socks. Mr. Mike talks about cleaning agents but I guess the agent doesn't clean it properly. 3. In the picture the house looks good and attractive but in real it's broken and old. Front and back yard over grown of plants and weeds. Looks like they haven't maintained for 6 months plus. 4. The main entrance door knob is broken.
