Safe residential area. Short walk to shopping street. Nice private patio off this one room.
The room was hot because of afternoon sun. Owner provides fan, but wish it was set up before, with curtain closed before we arrived. No TV.

The property was well-organized with simple contactless (keypad) check-in. The proprieter communicated fully and well. There was a pond out back(!) So pretty with all the cherry trees in bloom. Simple and efficient set up, easy to get to. No frills. Also, it was incredibly inexpensive for Vancouver. Perfect for what we were looking for -- which was a place to sleep.
This was a pefectly adequate place to stay. The location was ideal for us, although we are originally from Vancouver, so we knew where we were going. A TV in the room might have been nice, but entirely unnecessary.
