Great location. Property is close to city center, port and main attraction. Room was big and bed was comfortable. Room was also very clean.
Given the room's location in the property, I assume it was the only room in the immediate vicinity of the elevator, which was quite loud and could be heard in the room. That was a bit annoying.

Marco was really nice and provided a lot of very helpful information. The entire place is beautifully decorated, modern and clean.

The staff was very responsive via text and fixed any and all problems effecitively. Location is ideal for exploring the islands of the Amalfi coast as the ferry ticket office and dock is a 3 minute walk away. Also you can get the Alibus to the airport from this location. The room is small as well as the elevators in the building.
have to put moiney in elevator the hotel staff provided the change still annoying.

Amazing stay at Don Raffaele Resort! So good I even went back a second time after my flight was delayed!! The location is perfect, just minutes from the port, transport links, and major attractions. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. What truly stands out is the exceptional hospitality—Marco and the team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and provide great local recommendations. A hidden gem in Naples that I highly recommend!
