Bliskość morza i I infrastruktury gastronomicznej wokół. Mieszkanko w pełni wystarczalne, naczynia, pralka, żelazko itp. Widok rewelacja, aczkolwiek wyjście na balkon grozi mocnym ubrudzeniem stop.
Mieszkanie jest bardzo duszne, nie jest to wina właścicieli, ale warto aby potencjalni klienci wiedzieli. Jest bardzo głośno, że względu na to że jest ono bezpośrednio przy jednej z główniejszych ulic, gdzie natężenie ruchu nocą jest duze, plus bliskość knajpek z których leci głośna muzyka wieczorem/ nocą. Przydałoby się również zwrócić większą uwagę do sprzątania-blat w kuchni był zakurzony, W łazience kamień narasta.

Lokalizacja i widok z okien.
Brak kawy, herbaty. Patelnia zużyta, nadaje się tylko do wyrzucenia, brak ociekacza na naczynia w kuchni. Brak paliwa do kominka. Godzina wymeldowania 10 czyli wcześniej niż w większości tego typu obiektów- wiadomość od właściciela że za każdą rozpoczęta godzinę po godzinie wymeldowania kasuje dodatkowe 100 zł co pozostawia niesmak.. do godziny 4 nad ranem hałas imprezy utrudniający sen. Ogólnie byliśmy zadowoleni.
