Czysta ,jasna przestrzeń,z zatrzymanym i zadbanym duchem czasów wiktoriańskich,szlachetnie ozdobionym w detalach wraz z zastawą kuchenną.Cisza,spokój ,wysoki sufit ,filar nad tv,wybitnie piękny zegar. Cały wygląd ,wystój i wyposażenie apartamentu to prawdziwe arcydzieło sztuki.

Mieszkanie położone w centrum Gdyni. Bardzo blisko do morza. Cicha okolica, blok z lat pięćdziesiątych. Stylowo urządzone w stylu retro. Parking osiedlowy za szlabanem tuż przed wejściem do klatki schodowej. Bardzo dobry kontakt w właścicielem.
Właściciel powinien zmienić sposób odbioru kluczy do mieszkania. Z uwagi na duże mrozy i nieszczelne drzwi balkonowe w salonie/kuchni było chłodno. W sypialni temperatura komfortowa. Niestety z kanalizacji unosił się silny odór.
