Idealna lokalizacja - blisko wszystkich najważniejszych obiektów Gdyni oraz plaży śródmiejskiej. Dostępny bezpłatnie prywatny parking dla mieszkańców, co było wielkim ułatwieniem, bo parkingi w Gdyni są strasznie drogie. Niestety nie zawsze było miejsce na tym prywatnym parkingu. Mieszkanie przestronne, z dużym balkonem, z którego był piękny widok na śródmieście. Lokal czysty, na siódmym piętrze, z windą. Obiekt zdecydowanie wart polecenia.
Jedyna szafa na wiszące rzeczy zastawiona była odkurzaczem, suszarką, miotłą itd., przez co trudno było tam zmieścić swoje ubrania. Takie sprzęty nie powinny mieć wpływu na miejsce dla gości. Drugi minus to brak rolety/żaluzji/zasłony w kuchni, która była od wschodu, przez co strasznie się nagrzewała. To jedyne dwa minusy, chociaż - bądźmy poważni - nie jakoś szczególnie wielkie.
