Comfortable bed, clean room. Great value foe money

Bathroom dated and very small. Bed was so big it took over most of the room but we only needed a room for one night as we were travelling to Calais so for the price it was good.

Free parking lot, Auchan hyper market around there. Receptionist, Islem, is very friendly and helpful.

Open area let us feel not safe. Reception can’t accept Asia credit card, and we have to use outside machine to pay by our Asian credit card.small room, small bath room.

Standardized hotel rooms everywhere you go. Cleaned rooms and quite place.

Front desk machines NEVER work right first time. Even having all set (booking # and etc) in the end you will have to call the manager through customer service phone.

The self check in was a little difficult and left us with loads of paperwork required to get the right code. Important that you kept the code paperwork on your person at all times or could be locked out easily.

We didn't book breakfast as we wanted to just book breakfast when we arrived. We tried to book breakfast but the staff at the counter said they can't accomodate 6 people. Never have I been to a hotel that denied their customers breakfast in the morning. Simply horrible service and B&B Hotels won't see us again

Motel, not a hotel

There was nothing well! This place must be under the name "motel" !This is not a hotel!

Everything must be better! 1. The breakfast is served until 10.00, but at 9.00 there are nothing to eat! 2. Rooms are very dirty! 3.It is dangerous to stay in the room at night -outsider (or another gest of this motel) entered to my room at 3 am! 4. The hairdryer is not in the room, you must request this at reception with cash deposit 10 EUR

The entrance to the room smelt of urine and they did not cater for allergies at breakfast. I was unable to eat a great deal as I am on a diary free diet.
