The location is convenient, and the decor is unique and thoughtful!

A quiet environment and a comfortable bed....

The toilet drain emits a strange and unpleasant odor, and the toilet flush is too weak, while the showerhead has very low water pressure, making showering almost impossible. However, the space outside the toilet is comfortable.

Perfect

Nice quiet location with a great Warung next door for lunch or dinner. Easy walk to discovery mall and the beach. Pool nice and clean. Staffy excellent and super friendly.

It would be great if the Warung offered a breakfast option. Some of the bathroom fittings are worn and could be updated.

Cozy stay

The pool is very good! and their garden is so beautiful. Love all those lush plants. Room is big and clean, staff are very helpful! Location is good! very close to the airport.. in the morning, like 10 minutes drive.

Water pressure on the second floor is very low. Pillow case has stains... I'm sure they washed it, but I'm not very comfortable feeling my face is touching it

If u look for place for basic need and close to airport, this is the place but don’t expect luxury.

Location is great, for the price you have basic need.

The road is getting busy and noisy at night , especially motor bike going thru all the time. If your room is close to the road, then it could be noise, everything got quiet around 1am. toilet always block.

A haven homestay in chaotic Kuta

Great little spot that feels like a quiet spot in a busy area. Lovely staff were so accommodating and caring without being overbearing (e.g wordlessly popping extra towels beside the pool when we went for a dip!). You can really tell that they take pride in running a great homestay. The room was great value for money and the bed was super comfortable! Lots of space and some amenities which is always welcome!

Being very picky here but the wifi could've been slightly stronger but that's mainly as I was using it for video calls including sharing screen. For the average user it'd be absolutely fine.

My favourite homestay !

I feel very safe , supported and happy at Arnaya and it is like my second home in Bali . The staff try to help to the best of their ability . The cleanliness is top notch and the location very convenient. I find the bed and mattress very comfortable and to my liking too . It is a local family owned popular , unpretentious homestay with 7 rooms only so can be hard to get a free room at times . Shinta restaurant next door has delicious lunch and dinner meals . Harlow cafe next door at Puspa Ayu bungalows is great for breakfast , coffee and tea . I also love the Family spa and healing place closeby . They have experienced therapists for healing massages and other spa treatments and hair braiding .

A great place to stay when in Kuta. Convenient and quiet.

Arnaya was a great place to stay. When I am in Kuta it is on the way to or from other parts of Indonesia. Arnaya is very convenient being close to the airport. The best thing about Arnaya is that it is in a quiet street away from all the tourist noise and confusion. It also has a great value warung attached with excellent food and service. The staff at Arnaya were friendly, efficient and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Terima Kasih Artha

Great find, enjoyed our stay and will stay again

Location, quiet but close to the airport and main road e.g. cafes, restaurants, entertainment. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was great and the place has a relaxed atmosphere. Also had a water dispenser for refilling water bottles which is great.

Perhaps better shampoo/ body wash options (refillable dispensers rather than sachets/ soap bars) but otherwise great.

Simple place just like home. Need a bit upgrade in room, put a bit decos (picture) on wall. Put small plant (in glass water) in the bathroom.

The staffs are so helpful and friendly. Helped us with luggage and taught us how to use the rooms switches and aircon. The pool and garden is so beautiful. I have a great sleep. Very close to airport and all the shopping malls. I come back to stay again.

If you are looking for a no frills property that offers clean and comfortable rooms this is a gem.

The property is a great fit for me and my partner, there is only a limited number of rooms, which enables the property to be a quiet place to relax and enjoy the sun.

The only problem that I could raise is the smell in the bathroom from time to time.

Great little homestay away from the noisy main street. Room is very clean every day and air conditioning cold and quiet. Really nice clean pool that isn't deep or over chlorinated as some Bali pools are.

Would be nice to have a breakfast option at the nearby restaurant. Wifi could be a bit stronger.

Very clean room, a/c was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The pool was perfect!

There was some noise from the streets, but the windows sealed that off mostly and my earplugs did the rest, so not a big deal.

Hidden gem in Kuta !

Good WiFi , clean and spacious rooms with lot of storage space . Friendly and helpful staff , convenient location , safe and secure homestay . It is one of my favourite places to stay in Bali . The staff make you feel a part of the family .

A good homestay close to the airport

I felt welcome from the first moment I entered Arnaya Homestay until I left, every staff member was very kind and helpful. Located in a lane but can be reached by car, it is close to the center of Kuta and still quiet for light sleepers. Comfortable bed. Reasonable price compared to services received. No breakfast but there are local options around, including a nice restaurant next door.

The lighting in the room is dim and the shower should be improved.

Location was good, few minutes walk to WaterBom. Room was big for the price. Staff was very friendly, kept checking and asking us if we needed anything :) Great service! Nice warung just beside the homestay.

Bed was hard for my preference. Showerhead water pressure a bit to low.

everything was perfect.

i arrived 12midnight and the staff warmly welcomed me. the AC was cool, and room was clean. the twin beds were spacious. i had friends coming over at a later flight and they allowed them to stay with me while waiting for checkout. the twin room accommodated the 4 of us for the meantime. the location is in kuta but the area was quiet during night time. only approx. 15minutes away from the airport. really appreciated and loved the staff for being so helpful!

Really quiet and comfy at night, but noise during the day

Surprisingly quiet at night given the location, tucked into a backstreet away from the traffic and hawkers. Probably the best nights uninterrupted sleep I had in Indonesia. Modern hotel quality room, not a "homestay". Comfy bed, good shower, nice lighting options, smart TV that let me sign in to my Prime account for streaming shows off the WiFi, also had Netflix and Disney apps. The pool is very nice and clean and the surrounding garden is relaxing. Restaurants and a minimart are just around the corner. It was exactly what I wanted for the last night of my travels. Somewhere cushy to laze by the pool and lie around eating snacks in bed watching TV.

Intermittent construction noise during the day from next door. Looks like they are only 1/4 way through a new building project so unlikely to finish soon. Noise didn't start early though or go past dusk, and nothing too heavy. The noise levels were about standard for Kuta anyway, just a different type.

Everything was wonderful, clean, cozy, very beautiful. The staff is 10+, attentive, responsive, always helping with everything. I recommend!

It was a little noisy due to the air conditioners on the roof (we were on the 2nd floor), but you could only hear it in the hallway, it wasn't a problem

Beautiful garden, nice location near the airport. We only spent one night there, but it was more than perfect for the price. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Very much recommended!
