Clean, pretty complex with Balinese style. Down a dead end, which was quiet and away from traffic.

Staff were not friendly or helpful, perhaps due to very limited english. Also In the room. and on booking it says there is airport transfers available. On asking first staff member say flat No, we thought he may not have understood. We asked someone else and were told it would be 200.000 rupiah ($20) for a 45,000 rupiah ($4.50) trip. It was dissapointing, and felt like they wanted to take advantage. Rip us off, thinking we didn't know any better. So I downloaded the Grab app and got a ride to airport for 37.000 rupiah ($3.70). I have travelled to Bali 12 times in 15 years. This is not the norm, we have always have wonderful staff and fair priced transport until this.

Was good for two nights, but not for longer.

The location is perfectly close to the airport. That was the main reason to stay there. Since I didn't eat there I can not tell you about the food, but the pool is nice in the morning :)

It was an alright place. Very chill and quiet. I enjoyed my time there. Pool was nice.

Lots of people, stuff members sleeping around by the pool. There was nothing in the room, although I've seen a kettle and coffee with cups in other rooms, there was no kitchen, I couldn't cook or eat anything there.

The setting was lovely, location was awkward and the pool is only for 1 of the rooms, not for all to use.

The outside garden area - plants etc

The shower over the toilet was a bit unusual as this saturated the toilet paper. The bedding was stained and a bit grubby. There was a jug, with no coffee or spoons.

Pool was filthy, room disgusting, bathroom smelt terrible. We couldn't even stay the full night. Left at 3am because the karaoke next door was so loud and irritating

Great place would definitely recommend. Was like staying in a temple was very beautiful. Excellent staff. Good aircon and hot water. Could of had a slightly deeper clean but by no means dirty. Great WiFi as well. Would recommend/ stay again.

It would have been nice for the bathrooms to be cleaned, there was lots of hair in the sink and drains from the previous people which tells me that it wasn’t cleaned well before I checked in

The bathroom was dirty when we arrive. The floor were full of soap. Like detergent powder. The shower water also not good. And the hot water also not working. We have no problems with the room and everything else but we are not happy about the bathroom

Location was great, near to stores,laundries, restos, and beach...nice swimming pool, garden was clean and neat.

The room was honestly poor when it comes to cleanliness, we found a lot of insects, doesn't smell that great, the bathtoom needs more maintenance, under the bed there is alot of mess, no fridge provided and they should install some hand rail for stairs, not safe for kids when they go down.
