New building and hotel room facilities are incomplete. No TV, soap and other equipment. The bathroom water can't flow, when taking a shower the water stagnates below. Very unhappy with this experience

Logement non conforme, en travaux, sans équipement de base, ignoré après demande de remboursement.
La situation géographique. Et l'équipe plus réactive à la fin du séjour.
Je me dois d’être transparent : à mon arrivée, le bâtiment était encore en travaux, et le logement ne correspondait ni à la description, ni aux photos. La résidence était poussiéreuse, sans couvert, sans cuisine, sans frigo ni micro-ondes. En réalité, il n’y avait qu’une douche, un plan de travail en hauteur et un lit — difficile de s’imaginer y vivre confortablement pendant un mois. J’ai tenté de contacter l’équipe pour résoudre la situation, mais dès que j’ai demandé un remboursement, mes messages ont été ignorés. J’ai donc dû rester un mois entier dans des conditions qui ne justifiaient absolument pas le prix payé, mangeant debout et avec les mains, faute d’équipement. En fin de séjour, l’équipe a changé et s’est montrée plus réactive, ce qui m’a permis d’obtenir certains éléments manquants. Le lieu a un réel potentiel, mais il ne devrait pas être proposé à la location tant que les travaux ne sont pas terminés. Mention spéciale toutefois à l’équipe sur place, souriante et agréable. Malheureusement, cela ne suffit pas à compenser les nombreux manquements.

Harga yang terjangkau dengan kamar family yang memiliki 2 kamar berbeda dan masing" terdapat kamar mandi di dalamnya. View langsung depan kolam. Akses kemana - mana dekat, sangatlah strategis.
Awal check ini, belum ada front office jadi menghubungi kontak alzetonya namun ketika dihubungi sedikit susah, dan diberi jawaban yang cukup lama
