It’s a garbage place.

There’s not much to like the rooms are poorly built and poorly maintained.

Enter rooms without knocking. Aircon didn’t work. Bath leaked into the floor underneath. Mic in the property. The room bleeds light so it’s hard to sleep. The door is so thin that light leaks in. The curtains are super thin so light leaks in.

The host was super helpful and very kind. Anything you needed, she would always try to meet your expectations. The cleaners were always kept our room clean whenever we weren’t home (which was everyday) and always asked when they can clean the room which was very respectful. Nothing was touched besides what they had to do which was clean our bed and bathroom. Any time we needed fresh towels, it was always supplied clean and fresh. Wifi works well and the aircon is perfect.

The walls are thin, you can kind of hear the next room. The toilet has a little stench smell but it was bearable because of the fan on the ceiling.

I was forced to pay extra 3% on top of the price I booked for. I wanted to pay by QR to avoid this but staff insisted on 3% extra anyway. The price was over 10mil IDR so I had to make 2 transactions via GoPay QR and for the second transaction staff charged me 100k additionally without my acknowledgement. They said because I pay in 2 transactions I have to pay this 100k extra. (????) I consider this as scam. This is my 4th booking of a hotel and I always payed by bank card before and nobody charged me extra on top of my booking price. I also payed by QR GoPay everywhere on Bali where possible without any additional charges. There was only 1 key to the room. You can hear everything in neighboring rooms because of 0 sound isolation. Dogs, cats and birds that live nearby make a lot of noise so you cannot get good sleep.

The apartment is super modern, stylish and clean. Comfortable bed. Good location. The staff are delightful. We enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately we felt a bit let down after checking in to the apartment, we were so excited to have a bath but the water only runs hot for about 30 seconds and then freezing cold, this was the same for our whole week stay. Nice kitchen but totally impractical, missing so many appliances/utensils! Unfortunately this place looks nice but hasn’t actually been designed with the customer in mind.

Fairly good place, mid budget place a few improvement and this would be a good place.

The room was fairly spacious with a large Balcony and in-gate complex

The Bath wasn't draining and although they provide a kettle they didn't provide any mugs

Грязный номер, ужасный персонал. УБОРЩИК ОБОКРАЛ МОЕГО БРАТА!!! Мы снимали 2 номера рядом и все наличные деньги лежали в номере брата. Под конец поездки он недосчитался приличной суммы (400$), оставил ноутбук с выключенной камерой и заснял, как уборщик шариться по вещаем. До полиции мы не дозвонились, персонал отеля никак на ситуацию не отреагировал, хозяину отеля было до одного места. День, когда были разбирательства, был нашем последним днем отдыха, утром мы улетали и это испортило все впечатление об отеле. УЖАС!
