There was no hot water

The location was very good and close to the underground and shops. Beds were comfortable including the sofa bed and it was on the ground floor. Didn't watch much TV.
The blinds in bedrooms weren't working very well with one that was broken, when you rolled up the blinds there was black bin liners sellotaped to the lower part of the window as it was a last minute thing. I did contact the owners and sent about 4 pictures to show them what was wrong with the apartment.

Excellent communication and very reasonable cost. Great location for being in / around London. Lots of shops / restuarants on the door step.
Broken shower and couch. Bin liners on windows. Cleanliness of kitchen facilities.
