We had a wonderful stay in London. The owner was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The apartment and room were fully equipped with everything we needed, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

So I didn’t end up staying. My communication with the manager was great and I can’t fault that. The reviews are very good but the listing should be clearer what you are getting.
I didn’t understand when I booked that this is the manager’s flat in a housing estate. I believe that he lives there and there is a shared bathroom/ toilet. From all the reviews I’m sure he is lovely but it’s not what I wanted as a solo female traveller. It could be me but I think this set up should be clearer in the listing. My trip was unrefundable which is annoying
