Great location for what we needed as we were attending a wedding in Brixton
The room was quite spacious and ideal if you just needed somewhere to lay your head and then get up and have a cup of tea before heading out for the day.
As the outdoor temperatures were hitting 30 degrees during our stay the room was quite stuffy at times, it would have really benefitted us if there was an electric fan in the room just to circulate the air a bit in such conditions

L'unico problema/incomprensione ci è stata durante ritiro chiave/ritrovamento della camera in quanto alla camera non si arriva con ingresso principale. In questo il propietario è stato molto d'aiuto e prontamente trovato la soluzione per aiutarci a risolvere inconveniente.

Place was well located for the gig we went in O2 Academy Brixton. We were 3 people in the room and there was plenty of space and very clean, and none of us felt the bed uncomfortable as mentioned in some reviews here. Bus stop to go to touristic places is almost in front of the building. There’s plenty of restaurants and market nearby. The place is quiet and comfortable exactly as we were looking for.

The location was perfect for our London to Brighton bike ride
It was a lot smaller than it looked on the pictures, top floor and unbearably hot, the space wasn’t really big enough to accommodate three people
