Great stay very close to the beach

The apartment had all that we needed and the host, Sreten, was extremely helpful and supportive. The patio has a great view of the bay and provided a great space to relax as soon as the day cooled off a bit. The host gave us many tips and also organised a boat trip for us. He really went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and have all we might need. Probably the best aspect is the close proximity to Dobrota beach, which is a block's walk from the apartment. It also has a parking space. The 2 aircons were a life saver in heat of 30+ C. The one aircon is in the passage outside the 2 bedrooms and to keep the bedrooms cool you have to sleep with the bedroom doors open. Not an issue at all, but might be important to note.

The apartment is just above the main street and the street noise is a bit disturbing when sitting on the patio, but not so much that you wouldn't sit outside.

The location is very close to an almost secret beach area and the view is wonderful. the owners are very responsive. Everything needed for a stay is on hand. It’s in a very chill area not far from kotor old town. Very clean and comfortable stay.

The apartment was fantastic — spotlessly clean, equipped with air conditioning, all kinds of supplies, and plenty of tableware. It’s just a 2–3 minute walk to the beach. The terrace is spacious, with a table and umbrella — everything you could possibly need and more. Sreten and Olja were incredibly kind and generous hosts. They picked us up from the airport, and Sreten gave us great advice and recommendations, even helping us order taxis when needed. He even surprised me with a birthday cake — so thoughtful and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts!

Good apartment to explore Kotor and surroundings

Great communication by our host Sreten ahead (key handover), during (Restaurant booking), and after our stay (airport taxi). Apartment with parking (scarce in this area!). Kotor is within walking distance (30min). Very clean, equipped with 2 ACs. Kitchen is well-equipped. Bathroom + 1 bedroom has mosquito nets. Bakery and supermarket right around the corner. Good apartment for 3 people.

Exceptional

The apartment’s location is so good, it’s near kotor and perast. Also the beach is 2-3 minutes walking distance. And the terrace’s view is perfect. Homeowmer is so kind and helpful. Everytimes he asked if i need anything, informed us about the weather conditions. He even collected our clothes that were left outside in the rain. There is also free parking area, it’s great chance. We are so glad to stay here.

Beautiful peaceful apartment with amazing sea view!

The location is perfect for anyone looking for some rest. The beach is literally a minute away by foot, and the centre of Kotor is 5-10 minutes by car. The apartment was everything we were looking for. It has two ACs, a beautiful (equipped) kitchen with some spices and utensils for cooking. The beds are very comfortable, and there is enough room for a comfortable stay. When we arrived everything was clean and tidied up for our stay. We were given fresh towels, and there is an washing machine that we used and came in handy so much. the balcony is to die for - the view is amazing, especially at night. Overall amazing apartment that we would recommend to anyone. Special thanks to the hosts, they are super nice and welcomed us warmly. If any help at all was needed they immediately jumped in. The pictures do not lie, it looks exactly as marketed!

Great apartment with sea view. Enough large for our family with 3 children. Beach is very close, about 1 minute walk. There is also a bus stop nearby, or you can take taxi to city centre for 5-7 euros. The owner was very friendly, waiting for us to come and gave us many important information. Thank you.

The host family were so wonderful! They were helpful the entire time, easy to contact and really good communication - they were so friendly and kind as well. They even made me a birthday cake on my birthday! ☺️😌 The apartment is better than we imagined and is SO close to a beautiful little beach and it has amazing views of the whole bay. Honestly was a perfect week - made even better by a lovely apartment and friendly people. HIGHLY recommended!

It's really not a problem at all, just an observation - a light outside might be handy (when playing games outside) and air con/a fan in the rooms would be nice. It didn't ruin our stay at all - just some feedback :)

Lovely new apartment with great patio area and parking space. Hosts very friendly and welcoming. Lovely location with great restaurant nearby and easily walkable to Kotor. English speaking owner a bonus - very helpful answering any questions we had and providing local information. Could have stayed longer.
