Nebojša welcomed us with a warm smile from the very first moment of our stay until the end. He helped us with the tax payment and also arranged other tours for us. The house was very clean and had an amazing view. Its location is very close to one of the best beaches in Dobrota for swimming. I can’t wait to stay here again on my next visit.

Spacious, well equipped apartment with fantastic views of Kotor Bay and mountains.

We loved staying at Buena Vista Apartments, it was such a treat! The apartment has wonderful views over the Kotor Bay (Fiord) and mountains. It is nice and cool as the apartment is lower down in the building but still has super views as on a hill. The large terrace leads onto grass and flowers, giving a great lookout. It is very quiet and peaceful. Nebojsa meet us at the apt on the first day. He is very kind, helpful and responsive. He gave us good info and maps. The apt is spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. We stayed for 11 days and it was an excellent base to explore the area, there is so much to do. There is a bakery and well stocked small shop next to it, 5 minutes walk away. Other supermarkets are a 5/10 minute drive away. All supermarkets, even convenience shops are closed on Sundays. However, bakeries are open 7 days a week. It is in a good neighbourhood. Beautiful old buildings down by the water.

We loved everything but if you don't have a car it is a 5/10 minute walk up a hill. It is a long but beautiful walk to Kotor along the waters edge, at least 45 minutes to one hour. Not a problem for us as we had a car and we like walking.

Exceptional

A nice, neat, quiet and absolutely comfortable apartment with an outstanding view on the bay, private garden and a terrace. It's a really cozy home with everything you need and even more. The host Neboisha is a really welcoming and helpful person who manages to make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

Un petit chez soi à deux pas de Kotor.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait pour accéder facilement aux centres d'intérêts de la région (Kotor, Budva, Perast, etc.) tout en restant dans la partie calme de la baie. La terrasse de l'appartement offre une très belle vue sur les villages alentours, la mer et la montagne. L'appartement est tellement bien équipé qu'on s'y sent comme à la maison (parasol, jeux de société, ustensiles de cuisine, etc.). L'appartement est très propre et l'accueil est très soigné, Nebo est une personne très gentille et consciencieuse dans son travail. Il saura vous aidez si vous avez la moidre question. Il est également avenant et nous à fait découvrir une partie sa vie au quotidien. Si vous en avez l'occasion, demandez lui de vous montrer sa ferme dont il est très fier (située tout près de l'appartement). Petit bonus, vous aurez accès à un parking sécurisé avec barrière.
