Basic room at a great price

It was a basic, room in a good location. Staff were friendly, pool was refreshing, aircon worked.

Slight smell in the bathroom. It was a basic room at a good price. You get what you pay for.

Ive stayed in better places that are alot cheaper

The location

No hot water, dirty linen, no fridge, dirty bathrooms smelt like mold. Breakfast was missed one morning then nothing until after 9am the next morning. No room cleaning.

Very nice staff, location great

It was very dirty and a lot of ants in the room :( tv didn’t work properly, no soap or toilet paper was a bit of a shock. The lovely staff gave us toilet paper eventually, but not being able to wash our hands with soap was gross. We think there might have been poo hand marks on the walls too. Shame as it’s a great location, just needs a revamp.

This place made me terribly ill due to being so filthy

Not a lot, it looks great in the pictures. although they were taken in 1998 by the looks of things. it certainly doesn’t resemble that now.

I didn’t like the attitude of the owner, the state of the bedroom. which was dirty and with cigarette burns in the bed sheets. The bathroom was covered in human feces not only all over the toilet but on the walls and light switches.

We had pre paid for the accomodation yet the person asked for more money and even threatened to cancel our booking. The excuse was that they have contacted booking.com people many times to get the price updated. We booked this accomodation 3 months in advance and they had our contact information so this is unacceptable. Please think twice before booking this accomodation or any other OYO accommodation

Location is good. Lobby is okay.

Payment only possible at check-in. There I was told that I have to pay a higher price than my reservation in booking. Otherweise, they would not accept me as a guest. This is irresponsible! Room smelled very badly. Bed is uncomfortable. Bathroom is inacceptable.

We enjoyed the location. Kuta is the center of the nightlife

Dirty toilets. Could not flush the toilet properly and had to wait the day after to do it. Rooms were affected by humidity and smelled bad.
