Dirty Dingy Room with old towels with dried blood. Can do better even on same street for half the cost. Also, charged for 3 days and just left after 2 out of disgust

Always stay at Bakung Beach Resort when in transit on surf trips. Cheap, always clean, safe and secure, never had anything go missing, nice pool. For the price I can’t fault it. The staff have always been helpful and friendly.

This was an old hotel that needs upgrades. Have to walk stairs to room. Times missing and old to pool. It’s run down. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. It’s ok for the price. Reminds me of old motels in Australia. We stayed in 5 star hotels prior to this: so don’t expect the same. We didn’t stay overnight, but booked to spend the day in Kuta prior to midnight flight. Showered and then home.

Cancelled my booking! I booked 2 nights so i could check in early rather than wait for a 2pm check in. Cancelled my booking as thought I was a no show. At time of booking even had conversation through Expedia to hotel to NOT cancel my booking. Luckily they werent full, so I could still get a room. Learn to understand what your customer is seeking!!!

The hotel was okay, but they'd closed the poolbar and one wing was under constant renovation which was quite loud.

For the price it was ok. Had to change rooms due to ammonia smell from the bathroom. Next room was better, but found mould on the curtains and walls. Had a kettle - but no coffee, tea or cups so we could make our own. Breakfast was a bit repetitive each morning. Pool was great, but pool bar wasn't being used. Location was good with eateries, bars and shopping mall in a short walk away. Overall it looked a bit tired, but you get what you pay for.

I'm sorry would never come here again. The cleaning is the worst I have ever seen. Bathroom had mould everywhere. The sheets on bed are torn, staffleft door unlocked after what they called cleaning. The pool area was sutch bad condition brocken decking with nials sticking out holes which I fell twice. The worst I have ever seen. Have photos to back up statement.

I really like this hotel for a cheap accommodation option. The rooms are basic but clean and include TV with movie channels. the staff are fantastic, super friendly and helpful. I've stayed here 3 times in the past and can thoroughly recommend - but do request a room close to the pool!!

This is a good place to stay in Kuta, a large area with many many rooms , most opening on to the gardens or poolside areas. And an excellent breakfast/restaurant/room service setup too. The hotel was not clean, the air-conditioning leaking, we returned back to hotel from day trip, and our bedroom door was left unlocked from the cleaning crew. One bedroom the did not replace the top dooner and cover. Not worth the money. The internet was also very poor.

Pretty bad experience. We just wanted somewhere to sleep as we had days completely booked out. Arrived at 9pm at night and left for another hotel by 8am the following morning. The bathroom was moldy. The light flickered even when it was turned off. No safe in the room and place didnt feel secure. Buffet breakfast was terrible. The pool was run down with tiles missing from the stairs. Such a hazard. We arent fussy people but this was next level. Absolutely nothing like the images. Dont recommend.

Changed room three times as air conditioning was horrible. Wifi was also just about non existant unless you are in public areas. One lady in the eating area was always rude. I left after 1 night with no credits for nights paid for. Horrible experience

Nice Bali charm, pool is great & close to beach and supermarket. Wifi in our room was not the best but others had no complaints. All staff were nice, front desk could use some customer service training. Breakfast was basic but good, they could use a “Happy Hour” around the pool area but overall a very pleasant stay.

great spot to be as is walking distance from airport [15 mins], central to south kuta and the lippo mall which has great evening entertainment. the hotel is 1990's and older but has great pool, a bar and brilliant staff. the breakfast is simple and the rooms basic but airconditioned, flat screen TV and a shower / toilet combo. The rooms are large and with a refrigerator. good value and a nice quiet location.
