A great property, very well appointed and comfortable. Having a room downstairs and a shower and toilet on that level was a real bonus for one of our party who struggles with stairs.

Beds n communal space were great
I tried to have a bath our second day n no hot water even tho only 4 showers 6 hrs earlier

Position was good.
Way too many stairs for older guests & too many scatter rugs. The deodoriser in the hall was overpowering.. the main bedroom has a obstacle going into the bathroom. Not somewhere we woukd rush back to.
