It was a spacious house and very quiet . Walking distance to Katoomba RSL and the shops.
The beds were comfortable and clean ..
It was cold when we arrived and the AC worked well and warmed the house up quickly .
The kitchen was well equiped if you needed to cook .
It smelled a bit damp under the house . We didn’t use the facilities down there , so didn’t really matter .
The curtains in one of the bedrooms had mould on the back of the curtains and could do with a wash .
The cushions on the sofa were a bit grubby too and needed to be washed .
Also the shower in one of the bathrooms had mould on the bottom of the door and in the grouting. Nothing too major and I’m sure the owner could fix these things .
