House Rules:
1. Please take your shoes off in the house
2. Please keep noise to a minimum after sunset
3. Please check lights, gas and keys before you leave
4. Please only use the fire extinguisher in the event of a fire (keep out of reach of children)
5. Please recycle your wastes accordingly (bins are in the garage). If you are staying on a Wednesday night can you please take the bins out.
6. No smoking and pets inside the house
7. No illegal activities anywhere on the property
Also, please do not wipe your makeup/sunscreen onto our towels
* NOTE: Make sure that only number of guests that have been reserved are to stay at our property. We have security camera at our front door to check this and guests will be asked to pay for extra guests if this is breached *

Erica’s place had everything we needed and also lost a of space. Very clean and Erica was easy to communicate with. Would recommend, this is actually the second time we have stayed at her place.

I can not be more happy with this place! Brand new, clean & very well priced. Only 10 min walk from station/town & everything is close by. The owner is incredibly easy & friendly to deal with & I’d highly recommend this place. Wonderful house 👍👍👍👍👍👍
