Weekend wedding stay in Brecon for 6.

We booked this wonderful place to stay for a family wedding we were attending in Brecon. It is very close to the shops, restaurants, river and theres parking right outside the property for 2 cars. Lovely, friendly owner who met us on arrival. Very comfortable beds, very clean and lovely touches such as milk left in the fridge for us on arrival and some cereals too. All rooms were en suite, which was a big bonus, great showers. Shower gel and shampoos were in each of the bathrooms, which was useful. We particularly enjoyed the tastefully decorated and style of this period property . Felt very homely and not as sparse as some holiday lets can be. Very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of everything you can think of, crocery, pans, glasses (all really good quality) teapots, etc. All 6 of us really enjoyed staying here, we just wish we could of stayed for longer.

A fabulous introduction to Brecon. We’ll be back!

6 Bridge St was a wonderful ‘home away from home’ in every way! Our host Jon and his beautiful wife were welcoming, informative and available. We were a group of 6 (3 couples) who found the accommodation perfect!

Jon is very accomadating and helpful, catered for all of our needs, on hand for any questions.

Perfect location, my boys were running in the 100km Rasus y Bannau 100km, so property was fantastically located next to the bridge with easy access to Brecon and all of its facilities.

Great stay in a super cottage with welcoming hosts

Traffic delays meant we missed our arrival time twice. Owner was super flexible and understanding. Property was clean and well furnished and very warm Food and drink provided (milk, tea, coffee, breakfast cereals etc) was great and exceeded most other properties

We didn’t have breakfast. The location was brilliant lovely town with lots to offer👍🏻

It’s just a suggestion. but We thought there could have been a bolt or something on our side of the adjoining doors that lead into where our hosts lived. ( our host did not come through the doors at any time in fact Jon knocked on the front door to tell us about the WiFi) it’s just to give you peace of mind that’s all.

The location was perfect for what needed, walk into town, the river and local walks. The property was cozy and had everything, in fact more than what you needed 😊. The hosts were very welcoming! Off road parking.

Perfect location for wandering around Brecon Town & the Canal Path.

Cosy, clean, beautiful well equipped cottage with everything you could possibly need, amazing Wi-Fi & tv package. Parking right outside. Best night sleep I have had in years, comfortable bed with lovely clean crisp white bedding! We will definitely be returning!!
