Felt it was a tad old fashioned and we could hear people above and to side talking, coughing etc

Loved everything about our stay here. The cottage was absolutely perfect for self catering with a little one, the location ideal for walking into town & Jan was amazing. We'll certainly be back!

A nice little self catering unit in a quiet residential area with walking distance to shopping, the Saturday market and the old parts of Hermanus

The location is great. Walking distance to town and the property is quiet and peaceful. Janet the manager is great and very helpful
The property needs a huge upgrade…..eg 3 different knobs on the cooking top. Ceiling fan has old tatty strings. Bar fridge doesn’t keep milk cold. The door to the unit wouldn’t stay closed until it was locked. The shower didn’t drain quickly enough so the water built up. The bathroom floor had long black hairs on it so it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Although the bed was comfy and the linen clean.The room needed painting and the cracks filled up. The cupboard doors were sticky and difficult to handle. I understand that this is an older property but it needs a lot of maintenance. This is our 3rd visit but unfortunately we won’t be returning. Certainly not value for money….
