Great location and value would stay again.

Clear instructions, parking directly outside, very easy to get into the property. Access in and out via a key card with no issues at all. Key card just left on departure.

Not a complaint but the apartment is a little tied looking in places. It wouldn't prevent me from recommending anyone to stay. More positives than negatives great stay thanks.

Good location and price but getting tired

Large rooms, good location, comfy bed, allocated parking space.

Starting to look tired in places, especially the sofa and rug which need replacing. Lighting was dim.

Clean comfortable free parking 20 mins walk to town Royal Armouries Museum worth a visit and town centre has great shops

Furniture a bit wobbly no extras in cupboards ie 4 of everything no tea bags or leftovers just bring everything you need! Area could feel sketchy late at night but no more so than any other city.

Perfect location for our son's graduation at the uni as well as close enough to bars and restaurants in City centre that we never took an uber. Brilliantly spacious, well appointed with excellent facilities.

This was a great location as it was only a short walk into Leeds city centre. The property itself is a beautiful old building packed with original features converted into modern apartments. Parking on site was a great benefit. Our apartment was spacious and well equipped with a large comfy bed. It was generally quiet and we slept really well whilst we there. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Only gripe - no mirrors in the bedroom and we were attending a function so needed them for getting ready. The bathroom is quite dark so the mirror is no good for doing makeup. PLEASE install a full length mirror in the bedroom and a freestanding mirror on the dressing table. Could do with a smart tv.

Excellent stay and a perfect location.

We hired 4 rooms for the bridal party for my daughter's wedding. The staff cleaned my daughter's room after we went to the ceremony. Upon return they had sprinkled flowers round the room and put up congratulations banners. It was a lovely touch, thank you.

When we returned from the wedding around 1 am, we were greeted by loud noise from the room above us. At around 2 am we went round and there were around 15 people having a party for someone's 30th. We asked they to keep the noise down. They apologised but laughed at us. They did eventually quieten down, but it took the edge off a brilliant day.

My booking wasn't scheduled on arrival, even though payment had been taken and i had made communication. The accommodation manager did resolve this quickly however.

Great location, easy and walkable to get to the city centre, nice and quiet at night. A lovely and smart accommodation with every amenity you need. Warm, comfortable bed, spotless and clean, Free parking. Very high standard property at a great price. We came up to Leeds for a concert at the First Direct Arena which was also walkable to get to. Also a bonus for me personally, as a keen runner, there was a parkrun event close by, so happy days ! We would definitely choose this place to stay again, so it’s saved into my favourites.

Nothing to fault about this place. Highly recommend.

A lovely apartment in an ideal location for the city centre.

The property was in an excellent location with only a short walk into town and its own parking space. The apartment was tastefully decorated and furnished. It was clean and warm . We would definitely stay here again.

Over allwe had an excellent stay. Heating , kitchen equipment were excellent and easy to use.

Breakfast not applicable. However the location was excellent

Disappointed that there was no bed linen or towels for the 3rd guest. The radiator in the shower room had a fixing that needs some attention Also the street house numbering was a little odd and it took us a little longer to find the property. However none of the above spoiled our stay

Really good location, apartment was spacious and had essential provided.

There was initially a musty smell when you first entered the apartment, the sofa / sofa bed wasn't the best as part of the sofa that lifted up (with sheets and bedding underneath) was difficult to put back on, without it falling and collapsing in on itself when you sat on the sofa! Duvet and mattress of sofa bed both stained and could have been cleaner.

We had a delightful weekend stay n Leeds.

This is an impressive building with history attached to it. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. It was in a central but quiet location from which it was possible to access all the city's attractions by foot. A car parking space was provided which was essential as the option of on street parking was extremely limited. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the manager of the property who was really helpful. I would stay in this accommodation if I was visiting Leeds again.

A mirror on the dressing table/desk would have been a valuable addition. It was not possible to open the window in the bedroom.
