Size of the apartment and location.
Bedroom bin and the dishwasher hadn’t been emptied. The shower tray flooded and we had to remove the drain and empty as it was full of hair.

Perfect location for me commuting to both the centre and the university; Quiet, safe area; The house manager was incredibly helpful - I was able to drop-off my luggage early and she helped me with my bags (as I had an arm injury); The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean!
The WIFI didn't work all the time, but this wasn't a big deal for me; Just a suggestion to have some kind of sponge/cloth so that guests can wash-up by hand instead of using the dishwasher when we only used a few bits of crockery; Also would be nice to have options for sorting/recycling our waste.
