The property had black paint splashed all over the hall way and on the front of the building

The up keep was terrible the building was a disgrace I don’t know how they are getting away with it and people like me have got to pay

Actually nice place it’s everything you need

It was so cold inside even with the 2 portable heaters and the place had awful smell even from entering the main front door, I hoped it was just the hallways but the room smelt bad too.

Whole place was dirty Breached health & safety standards Shower taped up as water could get into side of shower attached to wall Didn’t use shower after noticing how dangerous it was No fire extinguisher in Kitchen which also breaches health & safety for rental accommodation Vacuum also breaches health & safety It is taped up in 4 places & when I moved the vacuum to take a photo of how dangerous it was it fell apart So put it back together and propped it back against the wall

Nice apartment but too noisy for me to rent it again.

The location is great. Only a few minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is small but comfortable for one or two people. Well equipped with everything necessary for a short stay.

The main problem was the noise from the street. One of the window handles is broken so the window isn't sealing properly. There was noise from people and cars until late and then in the morning bin lorries and other traffic.

Apartment was very nice but there were no instructions in case of a fire or anything to do with the apartment,ie how to work the cooker or TV.

The location is central and for a weekend stay for 2 people, this apartment is great. Apart from the 2 notes below,

The key box lock in the alleyway nearby the apartment seems like some sort of cryptic chase! I think this needs to addressed as not all guests are going to find this an appropriate manner to check in. The window handles and locking mechanisms have clearly been damaged at some point and the owner is aware of this as some form of bodge job fix has been done on them. As a result, they actually do not seal the windows and this results in the noise levels in the apartment being like the window is ajar.

Telly had broken reception. Got there really late would have been nice to have small tea and coffee making facility comparative to other bookings. Comfy bed though.

The only fault for us was the arial on the tv didn’t work properly so couldn’t watch tv as good as we wanted (not a massive fault but when the England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 match was on it was a problem ha)

lovely flat, great location, everything you could need and more

location was amazing, 5 minutes from the station, close to all the shops and restaurants. the host was really helpful and responded quickly when I lost my key retrieval details. A lot of thought has gone in to making sure the flat is fully equipped for anything you might need.

The key safe is in an alleyway which was a bit scary late at night. If I stayed again, I would arrive when it was still light

Perfect flat, great location!

The flat was very clean, it had everything we wanted, excellent location, very close to everything, comfortable bed and very good heating. Great communication from the owner, fast to reply to our messages

Central Leeds location

Central location, easy to reach. Key pickup location communicated clearly. The apartment is clean and well kept. Didn't use the kitchen/shower but it looked clean and pretty new Would definitely stay again.

The bed is a small queen, so not the biggest but still comfortable
