Pre Christmas Break
Lovely quaint cottage about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Holmfirth. Shop & local pub 5 minutes walk away. Friendly housekeeper who sorted out a minor issue we had with some lights very quickly. Some provisions left for us in the fridge for our arrival which was a lovely touch along with a Christmas tree to help us feel festive.

Perfect retreat - cosy & welcoming
Sara had left eggs, butter, milk, wine, beer and bread rolls for us. The keys were readily available but Sara was there to meet us. The cottage was lovely and warm. Everything about it was cosy and welcoming. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Great place to spend a few days away
A short break to celebrate our wedding anniversary. A very nice place to spend your time, small but very well equipped, good size car park and easy access to Holmfirth.
Took a while to work out the heating (far too hot at first).
