the location was fantastic for visiting family, and about 10 minute walk from the bus stop to Huddersfield etc (that I used). Bed comfy, and shower good, and I liked that the towels were good size (they were thicker and bigger than where I had been stayed the night before!) Little corner shop not far way, and little co-op not far away the other direction too. The welcome book was very helpful for information regarding walks, shop and pubs. The provisions in the fridge was very kind. I disagree with other reviews of not liking the spiral staircase because it is fully visible in the photos, and you do get used to it :)

A house name on the wall with a little solar light may be useful as I couldn't find property initially, but only for like two mins, the instructions regarding the one way road and parking was all good

Such a beautiful cottage based in stunning surroundings. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There we lots of lovely details that made it feel like home. I would stay there again.

The cottage was very clean, well furnished and comfortable. A very peaceful area, with plenty of space to exercise your dog, if you're taking one. A small cottage with all you require for a break
