Near to the town centre.

The apartment was clean and stylishly decorated with high ceilings.

The lighting was bad. No option of having side lighting, just bright overhead lights. The room was chilly, no instructions for radiators, although managed to work out for ourselves in the end. Light shone under door from entrance hallway all night. Other guests tinkled on the piano in the hallway at 3am. Toilet positioned badly.

Pictures look great, reality is very different.

The location was great for what we wanted. very close to the sports centre and only a 15min walk into Leeds centre.

The beds were very uncomfortable, mattress seemed to be shot to bits, seemed like it was second hand from the student accommodation! There were no spray cleaning products to use after making breakfast etc. The room has no air conditioning and with it being on the ground floor, we didn't want to open the window as it was noisy enough already. The location of our room in the building was terrible, we heard everyone going in and out at all times of the day. The communal light outside our door was on and off all night and because the door to the apartment has a rather large gap underneath, you could see the light coming on and off all night. You can't sit straight on the toilet either due to the proximity of other bathroom items, namely the radiator. The decor in the bay window needs some serious attention, looks as though it is leaking or has leaked in the past.

Lack of microwave bowls. Dining table had bowed and so cups, plates etc kept spilling and Netflix didn’t work where as previous it has when we have stayed and also the dishwasher was full of pots when we arrived

Superb apartment that really is as good as the pictures. Well furnished and nice and big.

Parking seems a challenge because people di t park where they're supposed to and in a considerate manner despite the managers putting up signage.

Location was perfect for an event @ the Faversham.

More than one key card would be helpful & someone contacted us on the Saturday at lunchtime asking us to stop playing loud music & having visitors. We were getting ready for a wedding so had a small Bluetooth speaker on & we had 3 apartments between our group & so were moving between apartments which I think caused someone to believe we were having some sort of party.

Well positioned apartment with lots of historical charm .

This is our second stay at the Claremont . It’s an amazing old house divided into serviced apartments and in a great location for the city centre ( 10 minute walk) and the university. It is quiet and you can park . The Heaton is spacious a ground floor suite with large bed, sofas and well equipped kitchen . Very spacious and comfortable bed and well furnished .

The bathroom is too small and not very well lit or ventilated. Towels were too small and for a 3 day stay we could have done with more towels or fresh ones every other day. Personally I would ditch the slightly dusty fake plants -they are not great . Also , better to have light voile curtains than dark grey which cut out the light . Some noise from guests above on first night walking around at 2.30am !! It’s an old house .

Breakfast not included. Room beautifully fitted-out.

The room was warm and stuffy with only a very small and inefficient fan. Therefore it was difficult to sleep. The bathroom was very small and we had to sit sideways on the toilet. Leather couches lovely to look at but difficult to sit on without sliding off.

Good value for money, building needs some love

The apartment was really clean and well presented, and the kitchen had all the equipment you needed. The lighting and decor is nice, and spacious. The off street free parking is helpful.

The outside of the Accomodation needs more care, the building needs decorating and litter needs collecting from the garden. The inside of the apartment also need decorating in places like the windows. The pillows are very cheap and not comfortable.

Property far too cold. Large drafty room with high ceilings and small heaters totally inadequate. Had to leave after one cold night. Noxious smell of sewerage in bathroom, bathroom vents into main room. Tv did not work. Clothes dryer didn't work.

Lost its former glory, extremely DIRTY

- The shower is nice

- Apartment looks great on pictures but when you get there you quickly realize all furniture and appliances are old, broken and/or worn out - The bed is extremely uncomfortable. The mattress is so worn out, so you basically sleep on the bed frame. The bed is also shorter than standard beds. A new mattress is urgently needed - There is mold on some parts of the ceiling - The couches are disgusting, there are spots and discolourings everywhere - The flat was very dirty, surfaces have not been cleaned properly, the kitchen countertop was sticky - Thick layer of lime scale in the kettle - Overall disappointing because it is a nice old building, just not maintained well enough for guests

Luxury but little things let it down

Lovely large room with quality furniture and fittings. Washing machine/dryer was a bonus.

The lighting system was too complicated. Master switches were not explained on the room information sheet. Had to call an electrician which was a waste of time and money. The TV was old and outdated. The batteries failed on the remote so no TV that night! King size bed needs a new mattress.
