The Heaton at Claremont Serviced Apartments

I travel to Leeds every year for an annual convention, and my recent stay at The Claremont was by far the best experience I’ve ever had here. We stayed in "The Heaton" apartment from July 2nd until today, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Communication leading up to our arrival was clear and incredibly easy to follow, making the seamless check-in process a breeze. Having allocated parking right on-site was also a massive plus. The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures, is exceptionally well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, and features a very comfortable bed. It truly was the most beautiful stay, and I will definitely be booking here again for my next trip!

Lovely staff, very clean and convenient to the University. For solo female travellers, it is a safe place and I found it quiet.

Excellent location, huge room with good facilities, an excellent concept having a quirky studio apartment with breakfast bar, sofas, kitchen facilities

Mattress requires replacement as worn out and lacking general maintenance both externally eg paintwork and rendering; internally eg blinds, unit lights and light bulbs, mattress and damp patches above window
