Dreaming Verona Rooms

Good location. Central to coliseum.

First use of shared toilet and it didn’t work. Everyone on the floor had access to one bathroom. And the shower curtain was not well fitted so water went everywhere.

Great locations and really detailed directions to get into the building making check in really easy. Room was basic but good value for money in a prime location

Some of the facilities need updating e.g exposed plug sockets and wires. Also there was a tv in my room but wasn’t networked so couldn’t watch anything on it

Great location, 2 minutes from the Verona Arena. Great as a base for sightseeing :) Water available for guests. A very detailed description of the room entry system.

It is a good place to stay overnight as a base for sightseeing, but if you are looking for a place to stay where you can spend more time in your room, this is probably not the place for you ;)

Location cannot be beaten. If you want to sleep close to the Arena and care about nothing else - this is your place to go. Also the staff were very nice: we could have checked in early (did not do it in the end, but there was such a possibility), answered questions usually very fast and wa simply very nice overall.

Well. The main problem is the heat. The room is extremely hot. You may close the windows and the blinds and switch on the airconditioning. Sadly, it is inefficient - I do not know, maybe requires undustying or something else, however simply does not help AT ALL. It is actually better to open the windows - still this may be loud in the morning and problematic during the rain. The bed is not comfortable because it is supersoft and this means that during the heat this warms you up additionally. It helps a bit to put the matress on the floor (thankfully there is space for that). Last but not least, notice that the toilet in the "private" option is outside the room. Since there are also other people sleeping in the remaining rooms, you need to lock your bathroom with a key if you want to be really private. Also the shower is supersmall - first put the soap on, then enter. You will not be able to bend in order to pick the soap if you put it on the floor if you are of regular size - and this may mean just quite tall, not essentially fat. Overall recommended during the non-hottest months when operas are still being played: say, early September maybe?? In the hottest months you may have problems with falling asleep as we did.
