I loved the location, the easy check in and a place to leave your luggage before check-in time it was a life saver.
The walls need painting, and the hand sink takes a while for water to drain.
Would be nice to have kettle for coffee or tea. But for anything else, I highly recommend 👌

Wow! We were pleasantly surprised that we were steps from the Verona arena and square!!! Everything within walking distance. Room very clean… check in instructions easy but check in machine not so much! All was as described. Great private terrace attached to room. We were in room 1
This is a room not a hotel so no staff. One thing the room could use that other rooms that are not hotels include are glasses/ cups and an electric kettle. We were made aware that they would not provide water, linen changes, clean towels but you had absolutely no way to get a glass of water or make your own tea or coffee. This is a simple fix and would really improve the overall comfort. Just a suggestion!

The room was clean and modern and located in a very central location.
The price for additions was a bit much (like an extra sheet) and despite an air conditioning remote, there was no air conditioner unit.
